I am writing to formally complain about a disappointing experience I had at your Starbucks location. I am a loyal customer who visits three to four times a day and has been coming for about three years consecutively. Unfortunately, on my recent visit, I experienced very poor service.
I placed a mobile order for a coffee with caramel. When I arrived, the first barista with a Red hair did not add the caramel as I had requested. When I asked another employee named Colleen to kindly remake the coffee, she responded in a very rude manner, saying that I needed to specify in the app that the caramel should be lined up in the cup.
I explained that I am a frequent customer who pays around eight dollars per coffee several times a day and that this is not the first time my order has been made incorrectly or the coffee has been poorly prepared. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident, and I feel that the quality of service has been declining despite my loyalty as a regular customer I no longer wish to return to Starbucks. Unfortunately, just as you are losing my business, you may be losing many other loyal customers who pay a lot daily and do not receive the treatment they deserve.
