Fairly new, but mostly average Starbucks. I like the mobile pick-up window. Service can be slow, however, likely due to the location of the store. One of the door fans (closer to pick-up window) was broken and I saw 2 gnats or mosquitoes in the display container. 1 would be unlucky, but 2 tells you something. I won’t be too harsh as I wasn’t sure how long the fan was broken, but it is likely the reason for the flies in the display container. There’s also a sign that says “No shirt, no shoes, no problem.” The summer-berry drink was good and the plain bagel was good as usual.

I went there on May 10, 2023, and I had a great experience with the customer service, the cleanest and location of this Starbucks! I order a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and it was very delicious! I love the fact that is so close to beach, just few feet away and you can sit down in the bench to relax with the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves . Definitely coming back soon!

Its always messy/dirty in this starbucks. The pick up counter is always disorganized and a mess. The floor and the floor matt is dirty as if its not been cleaned at all.
The line to order is obnoxious to go through because theres a table and chairs on the way which shouldnt be there.
THERE SHOULDNT BE ONLY 3 OR 4 PEOPLE WORKING, its not enough the whole place is disorganized.

Yesterday we walk in not knowing the shop already had close, because the door was still open . An employee there was so rude to my 10 year old daughter we were silenced and we proceeded to exit but the door was hard to open, she rudely keep saying we are close. I was trying to open the door as she keep saying we are close as we were slow, I had to tell her we already heard you how do I get out, she reply rudely the same way you came in. I understand they are tired after a shift , but that’s is not the way to treat customers. I have been there many times this is my first experience like this. For sure my not the Starbucks I will visit in the future.

I stopped by with my wife a few weeks ago and we had originally loved the service and the cleanliness of the place, we returned to be greeted by a very nasty and impolite barista, Lia. My wife has asked for a few modifications of a drink and the barista has given her multiple nasty looks and had treated her very poorly and rushed her. The drink was very mediocre and the food was very much over toasted and was not pleasant, besides that the atmosphere was very nice and clean but we did not feel comfortable staying inside.

Terrible customer service! Came in to buy a coffee. Had 2 kids with me. Asked to use bathroom, told I had to wait in a 20 minute line to buy something before little kids could use the bathroom or go use public bathroom. Uhhhhhamazing customer service!
