Disgusting and unacceptable food safety practices
I was genuinely disgusted by what I witnessed at this Starbucks location on Saturday. Staff repeatedly allowed a customer to lean over the service counter to use the hot water dispenser, filling a large plastic cup over and over again. That same customer then took the cup outside to clean his car, scrubbing the windows and paint with his bare hands, and returned multiple times to refill it. Staff even provided him with cups on more than one occasion.
This happened well over a dozen times. The customer was touching food service surfaces with visibly dirty hands after cleaning his car, and at no point did staff intervene, stop the behavior, or disinfect the affected surfaces. No cleaning. No sanitizing. Nothing.
I am relieved that I had already received my food and drink before observing this, because the complete lack of basic hygiene and food safety response was appalling. Watching this unfold in a place that serves food and beverages was both disturbing and unacceptable.
This was vile, negligent, and entirely preventable. I will not return to this location under any circumstances.

I hate writing bad reviews but this one clearly deserves it. This is my third time going here because it is on my way to work. First time I ordered a simple black tea with honey and half oat milk . Explaining I wanted exactly half oat milk the guy argued with my saying it’s just a button in their system . I mentioned i understood but how I wanted my drink made was with half milk. They still messed it up.
My second and third time going there I ordered a black tea with oat milk and honey and got something completely different. Lastly my third time going I asked for a matcha latte with oat milk and got a latte.
I understand people make mistakes but this location is always messing up and for items that are expensive. Safe to say I will no longer be stopping there

The coffee was made perfectly. I have to say, I’m a loyal Starbucks customer — not necessarily because they have the best coffee, but because they’re consistent. No matter the location, I know that when I place my order, it’s going to come out exactly how I like it.
So many other coffee spots are hit or miss — the brew might not be fresh, or there’s too much (or too little) cream or sugar. But not here. This Starbucks got it right.
The only heads-up I’ll give is that the entrance off the highway is a little tricky, so just be mindful when pulling in.

This starbucks saved my life. I came in today (11/21 3pm), and ordered a latte. It was fantastic. But even better, I’m moving to MI and realized I have to do Christmas BEFORE Thanksgiving. They let me sit in their lobby and wrap presents, as I had to gather everything last minute. Thank you so much

They completely messed up my order, and when I told the drive-thru staff, I was told to “keep going.” No apology, no attempt to fix it just pushed through the line. I left with the wrong drink and a bad taste in my mouth. Do better.

Consistently disappointed with this location. The items given are regularly incorrect or made incorrectly if they’re not just missing from the takeout bag, and when you are going through the drive through before work it means you don’t necessarily have the time to return to fix the matter.

Conveniently on route 17 south across from the Chevy dealer, they have a drive thru that will get you back on the road easily and a roomy dining area with plenty of seating and the usual Starbucks music that isn’t too loud. The baristas are friendly and even filled my order when I picked the wrong Starbucks for pickup on the app. Starbucks coffee is the same everywhere so not much to say there. It is the people, service, and atmosphere that this Starbucks a 5 star location. Of course it is always a nicer experience when you avoid the peak hours.
