We went in to this SB to get a cake pop for our daughter. This is the first I have been to this store. I was pleasantly surprised how huge it was inside. They had so many tables for indoor dining, all were super clean and glossy. I have rarely seen such spacious SB store. The merchandise shelf was close the register, but the condiment bar area was close to the entrance door.
There was no line front of us. We went straight to the register to order the cake pop. The barista handed us the item on the spot. Super quick service. Other customers were getting their orders pretty quickly too, since there was literally no one waiting in the pick up area. The cake pop was fresh. My daughter gulped it in few bites.

I went there today and I love new store design and space. But I was not happy with my service. Normally you are greeted when walking up to the register. There was a gentleman who took my order but never said hi or not great with communication. Didn’t even ask for my name. The barista gentlemen wasn’t very friendly either or friendly and the girl seemed a little overwhelmed. But what struck me was a woman walked in the store waited at the register for someone to take her order 10mins went by and no one said a word to her that they would be right with her. The gentleman who wasn’t very talkative walked right past her and the register and never acknowledged her kept on grinding coffee. The woman walked never said a word no one saying sorry. The staff was not very nice. Maybe it was an off day, I’m not sure but that isn’t good look for business.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Starbucks on Rt 4 West. I waited about five minutes for someone to take my order while the only cashier focused on sorting cookies and didn’t acknowledge me at all. No “please wait a moment,” no apology, nothing. For a place that charges premium prices for a cup of coffee, the service shouldn’t feel like customers are an inconvenience. Please provide proper training for your staff.

The service is extremely slow and they don’t care at all don’t even waste your time doing a mobile order. The worker has bangs and keeps touching his hair and then the top lids of the cup. He also scratched his butt and he’s making drinks. I walked out the store and wasted my money.

This location has gone downhill. As someone who frequents the rt 4 location, the service is TREMENDOUSLY slow. Today I was blatantly ignored by a manager when I politely asked where my drink was, as it was listed as completed but not there. The manager quite literally looked at me and turned back around and ignored me. An employee Kayla (I believe) did assist me, as she has done other times when the service is taking extraordinarly long. Regional management should take note of the poor service at this location as it wasn’t always this bad.

Never order from here on uber eats. Constantly forget to make sure all items are in the order. Unorganized employees don’t know how to follow a simple task of completing orders correctly.

I would go to this location every day, but today for some reason they had a shift supervisor on named Kevin, he was so rude so vile, so unaccommodating, so on Starbucks like, I don’t think I could ever walk foot in that store again. It’s a shame. I have spent a ton of money there and now no longer will because of Kevin. Somebody needs to teach Kevin how customer service is supposed to be done, he had a miserable personality, talk down to me, and it was quite mortifying to say the least never again. Will I go there

Love their service. Amazing coffee. Well made… love their online app. Order it and just go and pick it up in 5 mins . The interiors is good . Few tables inside to sit and drink . Lots of parking outside . Very well located right on rt 4 . Lots of other shops around . Smiling customer service . Had a good experience .

I just ordered a coffee and tea for other person. She got the tea but never got the coffee until 10 mins later. I’d to remember them. I think the way they’re handling the orders in person is very poor.

It’s so a special store for Starbucks. yes usually busy but always clean. The red-haired woman working here is awesome, amazing, and honest I’ll visit them again because They earned my loyalty.
