I’m not a huge frequenter of Starbucks
But I had the pleasure of catching the train from Ramsey a few weeks ago
I had a little bit of time to kill and ducked into this classic Cafe style train station Starbucks
I wish I could have picked up a New York times like the good old days
What I could get like the good old days was a big hot cup of coffee in a real mug
I have to be honest it’s what brought me then
I just seen an ad at the airport that they brought back real cups
Everything was wonderful except for the employee behind the counter that kept on screaming… for the life of me understand why…
I did get a refill on my cup of coffee and caught the train

This Starbucks prioritizes mobile orders to the point of ignoring in-store customers. This morning, despite there being 4 workers behind the counter and no one in front of me, I had to wait while the employees worked on other orders. When I finally got my order taken it wasn’t made immediately, they returned to working on other orders.
I had to ask them to make it because my train was coming. When they started to make it they said the coffee had to brew. I had to leave to make my train before the order was ready. Poor service. I’d demand a refund although I have no idea how to do that.
Suggestion: while mobile orders are obviously a big part of Starbucks’ business, they should remember to cater to in-person customers. I’m never visiting that Starbucks location again.

This review is not about the product more so about convenience…when got home i realized that my order was missing something…so i tried to call to tell them so that it could be rectified next time that there …the phone came off buzy…i tried numerous of time was still buzy…and i couldn’t to back to the store since i had already reached work…i am interested to know why the phone at Starbucks in Ramsey nj is perpetually busy…8 west main street Ramsey nj

Food and coffee is like every other Starbucks. Service staff are nice, friendly, patient and helpful.
Any place that carries, prepares and serves food needs prevent people from bringing their pets into the store/s or kindly ask them to leave.

This location is the best I’ve ever been to and the people working here are the reason why. Gabe, Phoenix, Trish, Marie, Bryan, everyone here is exceptional. They give me a beautiful start to my week. Before I go anywhere else, I like to get some down time and finish up some school work. The energy here is so amazing, that even the other customers visit for the good vibes. Bunch of superstars working here.
