I’ve visited the drive-up twice this week and was really disappointed by the lack of customer service. I didn’t feel welcomed at all and almost felt like I was inconveniencing the employee at the window (( twice.)) just by asking for a straw. It’s a big change from how it used to be.

I feel like midday is the best time to come here because it’s pretty empty and the service / atmosphere are more relaxed compared to the morning rush.
I always walk in but I see the Drive thru is convenient.
I’m from NYC so Menu here isn’t as extensive but the basics are good. Easier to order via the Mobile app.

When you’re really craving your morning coffee, you expect it to be made right—especially from Starbucks. Unfortunately, the coffee I received this morning was a huge disappointment. Bathrooms are ALWAYS FILTHY no matter when or what time I get there. Feminine waste product box is stuffed an over flowing and has been that way for weeks. Toilets, sinks and floors are disgustingly gross in both bathrooms. I spend hours at this location working over several days so I know it doesn’t get cleaned. If bathrooms run out of toilet paper they take an entire roll and sit it on top of the garbage can. Floors in the general area are usually dirty, tables sticky.
Newton location is way cleaner. I sometimes work from there as well. I made the manager in Franklin location aware today in the morning..it’s 4pm..nothing was done and the bathrooms look worse. I would post pics but can’t figure it out..

Been going here since forever seems like they can only make a drink right the first time and then the rest of the other times you order them they always mess them up. I got the brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk. They gave me cinnamon with regular milk and it was so much cinnamon. I had to throw it out. The second time I tried ordering the drink. It was all milk and little bit more than halfway filled up had a lot of problems with their drinks. Don’t know if I’m even gonna come back

They’ve gotten cheap lately with the inclusions and some of my drinks were definitely lighter like they are being told to use less product, which results in a less than ideal drink.
