Randy and his colleague, Alanea, were amazingly sweet last night. Such a joy to interact with the two of them. Loved the soy pistachio latte too! No wait at all at 5:45pm on a Wednesday evening. Excellent Banana, walnut and pecan bread both the honey and I really loved it. Especially when they warm it you don’t even need any butter on it because it’s just so delicious and melts right in your mouth. Starbucks has the Best Banana Walnut and Pecan Bread please never get rid of it KEPP IT FOREVER ♥️

The baristas were friendly and nice. We visited on Saturday night so there were not many people waiting.
Both drinks were delicious and well made, so I guess this place is pretty okay when it is not busy.

Good Starbucks location. The lines are big and the wait time is more than average. The toll road station is huge with chick-fil-a, Burger King, Starbucks and some convenient store. The restrooms are clean.

$8 for a macchiato is already crazy. But when I tried to pay with a regular pnc visa card (which is linked and accepted in my starbucks app) they said they “dont support that card”. What place does not take visa? They took my AmEx tho, which is usually the other way around.

If it was possible to make it a zero star I would do it. It takes 30 minutes to make an espresso, even after requesting to speed up, never again Starbucks.

Customer Service: Greeted and served.
Quality of food: My drink was done correctly and taste good.
