I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a matcha with light ice and foam, along with banana bread, but my drink had a lot of ice and no foam at all. It wasn’t made the way I requested, which was frustrating. I usually enjoy coming here, but I hope more attention can be paid to customizations in the future.

My wife and I went this morning with our baby to get some coffee and food. The service absolutely sucks! We were standing there for like 5 minutes, all the staff made eye contact, walked by us and didn’t bother say anything. I know the location wasn’t that busy and they had 4 people working which is unacceptable.

This Starbucks location holds a special place in my heart as my favorite spot to grab a coffee. Without fail, the service here is always exceptional, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. However, the downside is the consistently long lines, especially at the drive-thru, where you can expect to wait anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes just to place your order. Despite the wait, the outstanding service and quality beverages make it worth the extra time spent in line.

Entered the store, normal like any other Starbucks. But when I went up to the cashier they were friendly and understood my order. I handed the money and waited no more then 10 minutes for my two white hot chocolates. When I was handed the hot chocolates they made a normal one by accident which was fine because I love both hot chocolates! But the kicker was I was only charged for the two I ordered, and not the one accidentally made! I felt so welcomed and I now have a extra hot coco to enjoy! Would definitely order from here again! 10 Mama Mias to 10 Waaaaahhh Luigi!

Starbucks… But let me two you something about this location, this has to be the slowest Starbucks in the world because it makes no sense how long you have to wait whether going through the drive thru or inside these folks don’t value your time!!! Came here today and it was a MAD house in here. I waited at the register for 10 min, before someone actually took my order then waited 45 min for our Mango dragon refresher. They are so disorganized, they were doing drive thru first and confused the orders with the ones in the cafe. Very disappointed. Do not recomend to go there on Sundays. This was our first and last time.
