I ordered a venti iced drink and spent almost $7 on it. I requested light ice because I’m tired of this Starbucks packing the cup to the brim with ice resulting in about 4 ounces of actual coffee. The picture I attached shows a significant amount of coffee missing due to my request for light ice. I specifically asked the barista where the rest of the coffee was and she said that’s what happens when I order light ice. This is a complete waste of money.

I’m attaching another photo of my another order on another day. Exactly the same thing happened. I ordered an Iced matcha latte. There was A SINGLE ICE CUBE in it. I requested more ice and he literally gave me ice on the side!? And said I can’t do it now but you can do it yourself. Now we started making our own drinks in STARBUCKS? Also he insisted on not accepting my request. This is really ridiculous and I wanted matcha with oatmilk but they put regular milk instead and guess what? I’M ALLERGIC TO MILK. This is the last time I’m visiting this store even it’s the closest one to my place. They never follow the orders and they are the rudest staff ever. I’ wasting my money for this location of Starbucks. Enough is enough!!!

I waited for 25 minutes for this order. They always make my drink wrong. There is almost no ice in this and I said no sugar but they put simple syrup in it. Can’t drink this and can’t go back. I gave them chances a couple of times but never again.

It’s a pretty busy Starbucks, but the skimping of the drinks and attitude from the workers are what gives it a truly bad reputation. Michele was making the drinks and made a mistake on one of the orders. Skimped out on the remake. The atmosphere is nice but it is not worth coming back.

Steven attempted for 15 minutes to make one drink. First he made the wrong drink & didn’t make it iced as I ordered. Then he looked at me & rudely said “are you ok do you have a problem”. Another employee had to help him & explain after 10 minutes that it was supposed to be iced. He couldn’t even reach the matcha to add the right amount. Then he walked around picking up random pitchers of milk for another 10 minutes. When I asked if I could get my drink because a line of 10 customers was waiting behind me, he again rudely snapped at me that they didn’t have any protein milk. He made the drink wrong again. I asked why he didn’t just tell me they had no protein milk & several employees starting yelling at me. I asked for a refund after 20 minutes of waiting for one drink, & Tim, the “shift supervisor” wanted to debate all of Steven’s mistakes instead of simply refunding me. A different employee made a drink & handed it to me, which was also clearly the wrong thing with maybe 2 ice cubes in it. Tim refused to give me a refund & I threw the drink away. Your employees are rude & hostile, especially Steven who couldn’t have Ben more incompetent & argumentative & rude if he tried. I will NEVER go to this Starbucks again I doubt if I’ll support any location the level of nastiness is incomprehensible as a paying customer for many years. Steven should be fired he can’t make a drink or communicate & was so unnecessarily hostile & then Tim was no better. All the employees were rude except for one girl, I wish I got her name but this place should be shut down. Awful.

I’ve been to this location countless times in the past 7 months. It’s 2 mins from my house, so it’s purely out of convenience. I’ve probably gotten only a handful of decent drinks.

I went through the drive thru today and ordered an iced caramel macchiato before work. I took my first sip once I got to the office and it tasted OFF. I looked inside and there were chunks of milk floating around

This isn’t the first time I’ve received spoiled milk in my drink at this location, but it’s happened too many times now; I’m disgusted.

In addition to the quality of drinks not being up to par with the cost, the service is NOT good. The employees are rude most of the time. I’ve sat for 20 minutes in that drive thru too many times to count.

I’ve worked in a drive-thru before (many years ago) and we would crank out 120 cars in an hour. Service mattered, patrons mattered. I just don’t get it.

Location is very busy. Coffee/food is as expected, but I waited an additional 15 minutes after the app said my “order is ready.” At the very least, set the correct expectations.

Ordered a venti chocolate cold foam cold brew and asked if they could put the cold foam on the side — simply because I wasn’t going to drink it right away, and by the time I did, it would have turned into a mess. I was told they “can’t” do that, and that it would be considered a separate drink. This makes no sense. You don’t charge for a puppuccino separately, but somehow putting foam on the side is too much to ask? It feels like an arbitrary rule and definitely not customer-friendly.

Thanks for the crap message written on my wifes cup. “SHE DOESN’T EVEN GO HERE”. I would further add that 15 minutes for a cup of black coffee is a joke. Take note Starbucks this is how you lose business. The location at 744 Bloomfield Ave, West Caldwell, NJ 07006 is the absolute worst.
