Karen and Mason are the best workers here!!! Always try to go when they are there to make my drinks. Anyone else wouldn’t make it as great as them. Yesterday and Today i went and got the same drink, Sadly none of these kids were there so my drink turned out mid, needed some sweetness and didnt add my toppings. But otherwise people are great

Store had very loud ‘music’ not conducive to a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy their coffee. I thought Starbucks were trying to make their stores more welcoming – the ‘music’ would have been better suited to a nightclub than a coffee shop. Food was usual Starbucks and ok. Service was pretty fast. I guess I’m not this store’s target demographic.

I go here a lot to study or hang as it’s pretty convenient for me, and I thought I’d leave a review. I think the coffee and food is pretty good (it’s a bit overpriced, but it’s also a cafe).
The staff here are just really nice, especially kudos to Mason but like other people there too I just dunno their names. They always greet people when they enter like ALWAYS.
The music is like a tad loud for studying but again it’s a cafe. Also warning at times there can be no chairs but I lowk always get there before rush hour so I’ve never really had an issue. Overall a really nice place to go to.

The only thing I noticed different was that they didn’t leave sugar sachets, straws etc out for customers to choose but was at the back counter. ( in a way it’s good so people don’t wast)

I really hate to leave a one star review on a location where everyone has been so kind and friendly to me, but we need to talk about the blended strawberry açaí lemonade refreshers. This location cannot make it properly to save their lives. My kids keep saying it’s fine but I feel like garbage paying $6 for a drink that sucks. There’s never enough ice. The bottom half of the drink is always liquid. Last time it was blended…with NO ICE. Just frothy lemonade. You all really need a refresher course on blended refreshers because I’m tired of apologizing to the kids for your mistakes. The ice should go to the bottom of the cup.
As I’m typing this I’m remembering that Sean made me a PERFECT one last week.

I came here to say, everyone was so nice and spoke to me and my family as we walked in the door. I havent been greated at ANY location in the 14 years of being a customer. My daughter and I discussed this once we returned to the car. The manager Priscilla was exceptionally personal and answered questions regarding the travel series and also made a recommendation of adding a speciality item to my loved carmel Macchiato. I really appreciate this and enjoyed my experience passing through on my family road trip.

The partner Mason did not allow me to use cash to load my Starbucks card. I was told that the store safe and cash registers were counted for the night and no cash would be accepted. The entire floor of the dining area was wet with no wet floor sign from the other partner mopping. I arrived at the store 7:25 because I drove to another location that was said to be open via Google but was closed prior to arriving at this one. The partners did not care about anything aside from getting out. The safety of the customers was over looked by the partner for mopping the entire dining space prior to close with no wet floor sign. The partner closed the store out on cash while still open for business which is a liability and safety issue to the business.

Great, yet slightly hidden location. The people were friendly even though it was very busy. Our drinks were made well and with love. The only disappointment was we tried to buy some cups, but we’re told they were not I. The system and wouldn’t be able to purchase them till tomorrow. Well, we don’t love local, so we put them back. We would have loved them . Maybe a local store will have them.
