Drinks tasted watered down (I asked for no room and there was room) and staff not too friendly. They also did not add the specified amount of matcha so flavor was not there. Its okay if you live in that area and they know you but not if you’re passing through. Parking is very good but location is not well displayed.

I’ve been ordering the same coffee for months . Lately each drink is containing less and less coffee . As a hairdresser I rely on my morning coffees so this wasn’t ideal for me .
I usually order 2 venti cups of the same coffee for my husband and myself.
When I picked up the cup , it felt so light I decided to I take the the top off and see how much is there.
To my surprise -There’s maybe a “grande” amount of coffee in my cup with a ton of foam . I feel like This is ridiculous since Starbucks is Charging almost $7 for a large coffee. receiving less coffee for the same dollar amount should not be general practice . I Most likely will not be returning to this location ..
I have several photos over the last week where this happened and posted 2 different days below .

Standing here waiting for my drinks. The place has dirty feel to it.. papers on the floor and counters, bathroom very messy. Several small bugs that look like fruit flies crawling over the baked goods/pastries. My granddaughter wanted cake pop but there was no way I was ordering food from that case.
Edit— After posting my review I read through some others and I saw that other people have noticed the bugs flying around in the food case. Health inspector really needs to come into this place.

Only downside to this Starbucks is their location; they have plenty of parking though and it’s relatively clean.

I came with my wife and ordered 1 cold Frappuccino coffee and one large caramel macchiato and 2 grilled cheese and two chips and they never gave me the caramel macchiato after one hour my wife said to servant and she said sorry I will make it now and we waited for 20 more minutes and complained and the cashier told me that she is benezuelan I don’t know why I was treated with racism in this store after all I left with out my coffee
