I ordered my drink with light ice, but unfortunately it came with extra ice — the cup was almost full of it. By the time I started drinking, there was barely any coffee left.

I totally understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy hours, but I’d really appreciate a bit more attention to customizations. It makes a big difference in the quality of the drink and the overall experience.

This review has taken long enough to write as I have been going to this Starbucks for over 3 years, long before the remodel occurred. I ordered ahead a hot drink and cold drink. Upon my arrival both of the drinks made were cold drinks. Although they were two different drinks a regular latte (hot) and a brûlée (cold), it was two iced brûlées. I don’t know what it is with this team, but considering I order maybe once a week or less it is very frequent that they have messed up my orders. When you ask them to remake it, there is no sense of urgency to get it out considering that you placed your order ahead order 15 minutes prior. I understand human error, as humans that is expected but it’s something about this location, lack of attention to detail is what I’ll call it. In previous orders I have received drinks that are spilling out of the cup of sticky of caramel. I have never had this issue at other locations. Unfortunately this is my closest.

The guy that made my drink made it extra special. It must have showed I was having a rough day/week. It was truly appreciated and I wish I got his name! Next time I go, I’ll be sure to get it. Top employee for sure. He’s an asset to Starbucks. All I can say he was a taller guy, I think he had glasses on, I believe he may have been Bi-racial/partially Afro-American. And just the nicest personality ever. I hope he’s there next time I go More employees Everywhere should take a hint from this guy!

Leaving a negative review never feels good but at least it’s honest. Got charged 1.50 more than usual for drinks I get daily at other locations, it was like an ice box, the wait was extremely long and the only positive thing I can say, God forgive me, is that they have donations for the food pantry. DEFINITELY NOT RETURNING

I go to Starbucks most mornings all locations depending on where I am to pick it up. This morning was by far the worst it’s been getting bad little by little each time. Either cup is not filled to the top, no caramel, the cold foam is like water, the drink isn’t coming with the chocolate curls like I ask. It makes or breaks my mornings not to mention how much you pay for a cup of coffee which is totally worth it if you’re getting what you ask for. Not everyone has the time to wait around for people to fix it especially if you’re busy in the store that’s what mobile app is for but then you just have to deal and take. You guys turned me into a grinch today and I literally hate it. Please make coffee accordingly below is literally how I picked up my coffee not even filled and water down whip no chocolate!Ps it wasn’t waiting all but 2 minutes for me to pick it up either . Happy holidays ! Please be mindful!
