Another successful holiday red cup celebration down! Set my alarm for 4:45 a.m., got there right as they opened, was the first in line in the drive-through (awe-struck), saw my favorite friendly faces, and enjoyed the holiday cheer! One of the best Starbucks in Fairfield County hands down. Always friendly, always efficient and fast, and always willing to help and make your day. I’ll never spend another cent at Starbucks! The order was made wrong . I went back to get it right, but they said I was wrong. OK maybe I was not sure.
I ended up buying another drink and he threw the first one away. I said I paid for that so I’ll take it too but he had already thrown it out. They wouldn’t make it again so I paid for two 8 dollar coffees and got one. Typical customer service these days. Horrible. Just walked away

This is my go to Starbucks for the past 8 years! Everyone has always been kind and welcoming. Truly from the managers I’ve met, to the baristas on site, I have always loved coming here. They have always made me feel like family and that is exactly what I look forward to every morning. Seeing their smiling faces, ready with my order and just start my day right. They know I love my water and I bring my personal cup. I’m very thankful for the people I’ve met. You guys always hire the right kind of people. Thank you!!!

This morning I ordered on the app because my wife really wanted the Caramel Brûlée Latte, and I planned to get a regular coffee. The app had ALL options for a regular brewed coffee as unavailable, so I decided to get myself a Gingerbread Latte and added 2 shots of espresso. For the 2 drinks, it was over $15, which is what it is, but BOTH drinks were filled only about 75% of the way. My latte with 4 shots tasted like straight milk still. Terrible experience after not having regular brewed coffee and having to pay more for a drink I didn’t really want, and to get underserved with both cups. It would be one thing if either drink was close to the top, but you could have easily fit both into the next size smaller and probably still not be filled to the top. I suggest going to Plaskos instead, they at least give you the full amount you pay for and their drinks are just as good, if not better.

This new location is fantastic. The WiFi is super quick. The inside and patio both have plenty of seating available. There is also a drive-thru here. This has all your usual Starbucks amenities plus a huge inside and tons of windows and sunlight.

My order was yet again!!! Usually I drive off and suck it up, but this time I was fed up, went back in and they wouldn’t give me a new one. I went into detail that it was made wrong and spoke with manager and still nothing!!! Will NEVER go to the Trumbull Starbucks ever again!!
