What a disappointment. My first time at the Wallingford location. It was not busy at all. I mobile ordered a venti matcha latte and couldn’t even drink it. The matcha powered was not mixed well. As I drank it, chunks of green tea filled my mouth. Awful.

The pump system is different now from a hot beverage to cold brew, so just make sure your drink tastes right before you go! I was confused that my venti was 3 pumps but apparently it’s like 1.5 pumps of the original? Anyway thank you.

We stopped on our way to New Hampshire. It was easy to find and right of the highway. It’s located in a shopping plaza. They have plenty of tables inside and drive through if you just want to grab a coffee and go. I had a latte and it was prepared correctly. Everyone was friendly and they had clean bathrooms.

I stop here almost everyday before work and was frustrated to see a school bus parked right in front of the store pretty consistently , occupying several parking spaces.This created a major inconvenience for other customers who were looking for a spot to park their cars. I approached one of the staff members and expressed my concern about the issue. However, their response was completely unprofessional and disappointing. They disregarded my request and told me to park in the next lot, which was completely out of the way. This experience left a bad impression on me as a customer. While I understand that the school bus may have had a reason for parking in front of the store, the staff members should have been more aware and helpful in finding a solution to the problem. It was disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and disregard for the needs of the other customers.I hope that Starbucks will take measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customers should not have to face inconvenience due to factors beyond their control. I sincerely hope that the management of this particular location would take note and improve their customer service standards in the future.

Took a quick drive to get my wife a coffee, and my mini me wanted to come along. She obviously can’t have anything with caffeine due to her age, but when my 3 year old said, “Can I have a pink drink, please?” the barista offered to make a tall iced milk with strawberry purée and topped with whipped cream. Might have been a mistake because now she’s hooked. This is the Starbucks business model and I just brought my daughter into the trap haha. She loved her “pink drink” and also her bumblebee cake pop- and when my wife asked why it took so long to get home, my daughter replied, “I had a problem. I didn’t want to leave that place.” So..yup, there goes Daddy’s money.

Treat DoorDash/ubereats drivers like second class. Was in there today and could easily see my order was ready. I asked twice about it and was ignored. 3rd time someone asked “pick up?” I said I’m here for those 2 orders right there. Was told to wait? Why ask me what I was here for if you’re just gonna walk away?

So in the end my customers waited an extra 15-20 min for their food even tho it was ready and needed to be bagged. Also while I waited the same person was giving non DoorDash customers their food no problem. So I’m kinda confused here. Does this establishment just detest gig workers?

Don’t do business with the platform if you can’t handle the orders.

Great little Starbucks, but wanted to take a moment to shoutout Gray, who helped me with an odd request and went above and beyond what I had asked for. It’s employees — people, rather — like Gray who turn “getting a quick drink and snack” into a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
