This is my favorite Starbucks location of all time! The employees at this location go out of their way to greet you and make you feel welcome. Whether it’s writing a message on your cup or remembering your face and recognizing you warmly by name, you feel like you are stepping into a small, local shop! You can tell the staff care about their work and they go the extra mile to get things right. The store is always clean and running efficiently, even during busy times of day.

I’m sorry, but small doesn’t even begin to describe the size of this location—it’s a literal HALLWAY in comparison to other Starbucks’. Between the chairs and the counter, there was hardly any place to move around, especially on a busy Sunday.
In terms of positives, the baristas were friendly, my drink was made well, and I really liked the screen by the bar showing orders received, drinks in progress, etc.
While I was visiting from out of town, next time I’m in Soutbury, I’m not going out of my way to visit this location. Not unless I’m placing a quick mobile order.

absolutely disgusted website clearly states closes at 10 , app also said online ordering available until 10 on black friday. the door was locked right before 9 and 2 staff members were very rude. I saw drinks being made as well. It dosent matter if google hours are are wrong it says updated this week and black friday closes at 10 this is a terrible error and needs to be addressed and fixed get nicer staff as well !

Starbucks was extremely clean. Nice and neat. Good atmosphere. The staff were very nice. The service was good for them being extremely busy. My food was good, my daughter’s drink and her cake pop were good as well.

Smaller scale location. But, can get very busy. Several tabkes; one long bench / table combo for a group of 8-people. Store is situated in a strip mall including Shop-Rite, Stsple, Victoria’s Secret, Chip’s restaurant, and others.

I go to Starbucks in southbury every morning and the staff there is absolutely phenomenal and extremely accommodating. The one thing that needs to change is the straw situation. This is a very busy location and there is no reason for the staff to be handing out straws and taking them a way from making all our delicious drinks. They have them located behind the counter and not accessible to the customers. Who ever came up with this idea should 100% rethink there decision.
