Great drinks, they have very nice seating but I went to Starbuck to study but the employees were very loud; they were louder than the music but definitely not going there to study. I thought this Starbuck will be quiet. I was wrong. If you want a quiet place to do ur study or meeting, go Madison Starbuck.

I’m doing doordash. There was no line and I waited over 15 minutes for 2 drinks! I hate this Starbucks! But I do love the Madison Starbucks! They can be super busy and still get the orders out within 5 minutes.

I think it’s a vastly understaffedStarbucks (Saturday afternoon). After lon wait lines, I was able to buy a coffee and was interested in pastries, and saw a couple of FLIES actually on top of the chocolate croissant that I was going to order! The staff are very nice and friendly, is likely that is just too many orders too handled by the team and they are doing their best. It really does need a higher investment in staff and resources.
