We have visited here twice in the last few days.
The first drinks we purchased were OK. Not excellent, but acceptable.
Today I placed an order for two drinks. One was a simple black tea with 2 Stevia. One was an iced Matcha Latte.
The black tea had ZERO stevia added.
The Matcha was very weak, so I turned the car around and took that one back for a remake.
The man at the window was extremely courteous and polite, apologizing for the trouble.
The drink was remade quickly and was excellent the 2nd time around.
I appreciated the polite and courteous treatment, and the fact that he made sure my drink was good the 2nd time around. But I would have appreciated it more if the barista had read the stickers and made the drinks correctly the first time.
Please, Starbucks managers, make sure the baristas follow the recipes and the stickers on the cups. Many of these drinks are not cheap and should not be treated as though they are by those who actually make them.
I know that remakes can be requested, but it becomes a hassle when this happens repeatedly.

They did not add the cold foam, and didn’t fill the cup but I don’t blame the baristas, Starbucks needs to treat them better and foster a nurturing environment. Mistakes will happen when people are overworked and undervalued so my score is for Starbucks not the baristas.

They sold rotten fruit today and when asked why there is red stain on my coffee lid they didn’t bother to change the lid or drink. The hot chocolate was watery. I should’ve went to the guy in side all the fruit was fresh and he was actually friendly unlike the motley crew at Starbucks.

This is a drive thru/walk up only location. That is the only reason for the Low Atmosphere rating. Thedrive thru goes along the backside of this gas station. There is no access to the interior for patrons. Their food and drinks are just as tasty as other Starbucks. But if you are one who likes to visually see ehat pastries, or bento boxes they have avail, this spot isnt for you. Oddly…You can buy some merch at the window, but you definately will need for the employee to let you know what they have.

Unfortunately along the way my door dasher noticed the coffee was leaking in my bag , they were generous enough to go back and pick up the same drink as well as Starbucks being generous to remake the drink. I wanted to thank Brandon for the extras they also snuck in! :3 Thank you again!
