Already knew this place took forever, so ordered the drinks on mobile 10 mins before to try to speed up the process, waiting to place the sandwich order til I got there so the sandwich wouldn’t go cold waiting for the drinks. Well, I’m still waiting for my 2 drinks I ordered before I got here (a regular latte and a black coffee) and the sandwich I ordered in person has been done. I really don’t need you to write “Yum!” On my cup if you’re already taking me twenty minutes to pour a black coffee.

This location makes the pink drink perfectly every time! Medium pink and creamy! Other locations are very inconsistent, too much juice or way too much coconut milk and not enough strawberry flavor.

I’m not sure what the issue is , maybe this employee is new and could use some retraining on customer service. Especially , when dealing with a guest at the drive thru window. The gentleman with the pink hair on drive thru these past few days seems unpleasant when taking my order. And the sassy attitude is not needed because my drink has customizations to my preference seeing I’m the one paying for it and drinking it . Please speak with your staff . Respectfully . Thank you !!
