While this is not the most conveniently located Starbucks to where I’m staying while in town – I will be back time after time.
The customer service is top notch, there is ample parking and the cafe is large, clean and welcoming.
My drink was made with care (on my bday no less) & brought to me at my table – such kind staff. They even wrote a sweet bday message for me. So thankful 🙂
I’d all but given up on Starbucks in the L/A area until I came here today.
Can’t wait to come back with my Mom and re-enliven her joy for our holiday Starbucks treats together.

Dawg gotta be one of the worst sbux I been to in a while. If it wasn’t so conveniently located I’d never go back. I’ve sat ignored at the drive thru window for 5+ minutes when I mobile ordered my drink 15 minutes in advance of me even pulling up. Also the drink consistency is all over the place like I’m at a dunkin. Get it together

Absolute garbage tasting coffee. I got a pistachio late that tasted abysmal. No flavor except burnt garbage. I highly suggest going across the road and getting the slightly less garbage but much more affordable Dunkin. Don’t waste your money at this location, disappointment after disappointment. It’s worth the 15 min drive to the Auburn location to have a coffee properly made.

It’s Saturday morning, 2 weeks before Christmas, and the line is wrapped around the entire store, unmoving – like the cold, dead stare of a divisive judge ruling against your freedom for life. Waiting in line for 35 minutes for a HOT BLACK coffee, all you do is pour, and the worst part is, there’s only one lane once you’re in line, there’s no escaping – you’re stuck waiting for whatever the god forsaken reason is for one black Chevy tahoe to be stuck at the window for 25 minutes with 15 cars stuck in place.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes! When I pulled in there were only a few cars ahead of me. If I could have pulled away and left I would have. When I finally got to the window I then waited another 5 minutes. If you’re short staffed either close the drive thru or the lobby!!
