I stop at the falmouth starbucks almost every morning. I always get the same custom drink. (Venti blond vanilla latte, light ice and whole milk, with 3 pumps vanilla syrup and 2 pumps vanilla syrup, brown sugar cold foam and caramel crunch topping. Its always made to perfection. The employees are polite and very sweet.
Stopping there always helps me get through my vigorous work day in the OR at maine medical center.

I ordered a tall iced caramel macchiato and it literally only had caramel on the top and I got maybe a bit less than half an oz of espresso (not even a full shot let alone double) so it was basically watered down milk that had very little to no taste whatsoever. I paid $7 for it so I’m pretty disappointed but didn’t have time to go back and get it remade.

Having to continuously ask for the cardboard sleeve for my hot coffee is becoming annoying. Not only do they not bother to put them on anymore they do not even place them in an area to where I can take one to put on myself.
This is just a lack of common sense in my opinion. You’re just asking for another lawsuit by handing customers hot coffee cups because you want to make customers request them in an effort to lower your operating costs I am guessing?
It’s bad enough most of your baristas can’t make the drinks properly and from what I have read in the comments even forget to add the espresso
