This Starbucks is Very Beautiful! It it kept clean, the people working in this Store were so Polite & made My drink perfect!! Which is seems to be hard for other employees of other Starbucks…… I go to My local Starbucks no less then twice a day. I am there everyday, they know me by name & still get the drink wrong….. Frustrating…. This NH Starbucks in Hanover is amazing…

I ordered a drink with cold foam and liquid sugar. No cold foam. Ok, it costs extra I get it. But then I asked for my liquid sugar in a cup on the side at least, and was told, WE’RE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT, THERE’S PACKS OF SUGAR OVER THERE, as she pointed to the sugar area. Never coming back. Oh, and this was all after I gave a FIVE DOLLAR TIP. SMH

I have no complaints. This Starbucks is large and clean, perfectly convenient for Dartmouth students and visitors alike. The baristas were friendly and whipped up my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino within two minutes.

Update: customer service, bathroom cleanliness and WIFI have all declined in the past year. That coupled with the parking which is harder to come by, make this location less desirable than its counter part in Lebanon.
This is now one of two locations in the Upper Valley and the original location. The place can be a good work camping spot especially if you get one of the nook tables or single tables, of which they now have a few.
WiFi is consistent and strong (unlike location in West Lebanon).
Service can be slow at peak hours and the line can be quite long. Most baristas are pretty impersonal with few exceptions.
Can be busy at times so it can get noisy and finding a seat is not always easy. Another downside for this location is finding parking and having to pay for it since there is no dedicated parking lot or structure..

Staff were great at 5:30 in the morning before a massive snow storm

ALL of the baristas here are very nice and seem to enjoy their jobs a lot.

Decent place, not the worst, but definitely not the best. I love going to Starbucks, but this place makes me go less. I don’t know if it’s just New England, but most Starbucks places here are subpar. Which really sucks because I love Starbucks.

I stood there for 10 minutes and not a single person paid attention to me or asked if they could help me. I had to question if I was invisible or not because they were all just standing around. I even watch one girl pull her phone out.

Stopped in for a quick coffee before a med appt. Staff were very efficient and helpful. My companion fell in love with large insulated drink container that was on sale. Very nice!
