Went through the drive through with my birth certificate to get a free drink or something because I don’t have the app. I knew they had done this before so I was expecting it. When we asked and explained we had done this before the girl laughed at us and said no they aren’t supposed to do that and was being unnecessarily rude. I understand you may not be able to do that but the rudeness and attitude was not necessary. Not sure which girl it was possibly the one with colored hair, if so do better starbucks.

Honestly I cannot for the life of me understand why the staff has to be so rude when it comes to picking up orders to go. If I order through the app it’s saving them time to take the order and they can get started on the coffee even before I pull up to the window. In particular, a staff member with black/dark brown hair and glasses, (she wasn’t at the window long enough for us to even see her name tag) was so rude and sassy at the speaker. Stating “we have you ticket and pulled it minute and 12 seconds ago it’s not ready”— Then upon pulling up to the window we sat for a minute and she came over to rudely state “the people behind you actually have coffees that are ready so I’m gonna have to ask you to pull around.” Before my husband could even respond she sassily shouted “THANKS!” We pulled back around just to sit for quite some time behind the people whose drinks were “already ready”. Seriously you work in the hospitality industry that type of behavior is just insulting and embarrassing.

Atmosphere is fine and chill, area is spacious. Service needs improvement, the he/him(woman) does not have customer service attitude, She does not give option if we want the receipt. Does not inform where to wait or possible waiting time. And does not know the menu or products sold.
Their bathroom is too filthy and does not have tissues. Clearly staff needs training that they are not there to chitchat and play with each other.

Spacious with lots of seating both inside and outside. Bathrooms are clean and at least one has a changing table. Baristas were efficient and friendly. Drive thru at this location was busy on a Sunday morning. Special shout-out to Faith for excellent service!

Always have an amazing experience. I have been going almost everyday since they have opened. Everyone is super friendly and very caring. Honestly the best way to start my morning is walking through those doors and hearing them say “Good Morning Desiray”

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Should adjust the time on the website to 7:00 closing. Traveled out of my way to get a coffee because the website said they close at 8:00. Pulled up and no one spoke on the intercom, so I pulled up to the window, saw 2 people inside cleaning, and completely ignoring me on purpose, so I knocked on the window and lip talked asking if they were closed, and they proceeded to lip talk back that they’re closed. Just adjust the time on the website to 7:00, and you will not have disappointed customers or people driving out of their way for nothing.

Normally, I love coming to Starbucks in Littleton. I typically do a mobile order & unless someone else is with me, I only ever order a white chocolate mocha with peppermint & soy milk either hot or frozen.
But, lately my order has not come out right, either they forget the peppermint or it comes as a frappichino without the caffeine added in, which is fine, it happens, it still tastes good.
But today, I ordered my usual, and they just made a Chocolate Mocha, not even close to what I actually ordered & I absolutely hate Chocolate Mochas. I only like White Chocolate Mochas.
Because I had to be somewhere this morning, I didn’t have the time to go in & ask them to remake it, instead I had to throw it out & waste $8.
I understand 630am is super early, I don’t want to be awake either, but I was relying on my morning coffee to get me through the first part of the day.
