If anyone goes to Starbucks frequently, they’ll tell you it’s just like any other chain place. It is what it is. Sometimes, the service and atmosphere stand out more than others due to good or poor service, or because a restaurant might look a little rundown or brand new. I feel this particular location needs a face-lift; I think it’s a little outdated now compared to others I’ve seen. I usually get pretty good service though the baristas are generally very polite. However, the food quality is poor. I remember going 7 and 8 years ago, and the food quality was a bit better than it is now — everything just doesn’t taste the same anymore. (Honestly, I don’t think any of these corporate stores taste the same. I believe we’re eating more chemicals than real food, ) but it does have a drive-through, and it seems to move pretty quickly most days.

After reading a lot of bad reviews, I wanted to add my take. I’ve only been to this Starbucks once (passing through Keene), but the service was excellent. The baristas were friendly, attentive. The atmosphere was inviting. I spent a couple of hours here using their wifi. I noticed an earlier review about a racist attitude from an employee. Of course, i can’t say since I wasn’t there, but the crew at this Starbucks was diverse and seemed to treat everyone well. I saw no long waits. The drive-thru window was bustling with people picking up their orders quickly. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

I have never seen such laziness in my life. My name and contact information is on the order slip. Instead of a phone call… your employees put this in my order and FAILED to tell my delivery driver you were out of said items. I now I have to re-order my lunch from elsewhere. 28$ for a tea is ridiculous. I will not order again.

Today I placed a mobile order at 2:55pm to pick up through the drive thru. I arrived at 3:11 and sat in line until I reached the window at 3:30. At 3:35 I was finally handed my drink when the barista asked what else I had ordered, which was a sandwich. He then let me know he would make that now. I only went here because I needed a quick bite before my appointment at 3:30 but was not expecting this to be such a painfully long process. I refuse to go to this particular Starbucks because this is typical service. Not only do the orders take 30+ minutes but the staff is always extremely rude. I’ve already sent this review to Starbucks but thought the public should be aware that this is one of the worst Starbucks in the world.

I stopped in starbucks to get a coffee
And the girl behind the counter was too wrapped up in conversation with a guy that had already gotten his coffee even after the man from the drive through came over and took my order. I still waited for her to make my coffee. She would stand there with the cup in her hand just talking and talking. To the guy. Even after I left, she was still talking to him.
I think the priority should be to make people’s coffee and give it to them. Not hold it in their hand while you’re yacking with another person, it was very rude and poor service.
