I’ve had it happen a few times now that I order a cold brew coffee and the coffee I’m served is very obviously their iced coffee. To the staff’s credit, when I ask for a new one they always redo it for me, but today I was given the same iced coffee the second time. I order cold brew often enough to tell the difference and it only seems to be at this location that it’s consistently not right.

The staff is amazing and wicked sweet. I go almost every day and they never fail to make me feel welcome and appreciated. The customer service is certainly why i go so often. I’m not sure of her name but there is a redhead girl who is my favorite she is so lovely and kind. Always makes me smile.

I come here every morning before work to get my either cappuccino or americano. Always love seeing familiar faces there, and they always make it perfectly. Today they made my grande cappuccino absolutely perfect. Thanks for all your hard work!
