I’m not sure why there are so many negative comments about this Starbucks. I prefer the Goffstown Starbucks for the Goffstown/Bedford Area. Ordered a Pistachio Latte today and kudos to Barista Mag for making the best one I’ve had yet. I haven’t had any issues with my orders or the service.

Just about every time I come here, which is pretty often as I work right near there, everyone is either stuck up or in a bad mood. Like how dare I have the audacity to order from your location. Attitude for days. Just today I went through the drive thru and I always enthusiastically say hi when the person at the window starts to hand me my food. I received no reply and the look on their face could’ve killed me if that were possible. They just stared at me, and barely said have a good day. Like damn, sorry I really wanted a frap, excuse my selfishness. Also if you order on the app make sure you do it at least 5 to 10 minutes before you go through drive thru or they’ll be so irritated with you for ordering and picking up so quickly, like they’re not a fast food restaurant.

Honestly, this is my least favorite Starbucks to go to which is unfortunate because it’s the one closest to my house. Almost every staff member there has an attitude when going through the drive-through, nine times out of 10 my coffee is made wrong, and they’ve tried to charge me a dollar something to add vanilla sweet cream to my vanilla sweet cream cold brew that is supposed to have extra vanilla sweet cream in it. I order everything on the app, and the app automatically sends it in store and this is the only Starbucks that gives me an attitude anytime I go through the drive-through because it happens to be sent in store. Every other Starbucks in the area has no problem with just handing it out the window regardless of if it’s placed in store or drive-through. Normally I don’t make negative reviews but honestly it’s been like a year of ongoing attitude from various baristas and it’s just getting kind of tiring.

I don’t know who trained these baristas, but they’ve clearly formed some unholy pact with caffeine deities. Every time I try to quit, they smile at me like I’m a long-lost friend and hand me a drink that tastes like emotional stability. Rude.
Let’s talk about the vibes: peaceful indie playlist, comfy chairs, and the scent of toasted ambition wafting through the air. Disgusting. I come here to suffer in peace, NOT accidentally heal.
And DON’T get me started on the drinks. I ordered something I couldn’t pronounce — it tasted like cinnamon, nostalgia, and bad decisions I didn’t regret. My wallet cried, but my soul said thank you.
Also: who told them to be so nice? I’m trying to be moody and mysterious, and they’re over here remembering my name and how I like my oat milk frothed “just a little on the hotter side”
Honestly, zero stars for making me feel seen and caffeinated.
Would not recommend… unless you like joy with a profound sense of belonging.

Avoid this location. The staff care more about the drive thru than customers who walk in to order. I was there yesterday, May 25th and ordered a Venti iced tea, that was given to me in a leaking cup. The male barista looked annoyed when I asked for an unbroken cup and then proceeded to put my drink in another broken cup (this happened 2 more times). He also made my drink wrong, it was 90% water and ice, with very little tea. He also didn’t refill the tea that spilled during all the broken cup movements. Waste of $5 and I won’t be returning. Do better Starbucks.

This Starbucks really raises the bar for my coffee shop experience. The baristas are wonderfully friendly, inviting, and provide excellent service. They take the time to get to know their regulars, which I think really makes this location feel like a community space rather than another corporate location.
Even during the 9-10am rush I’m in and out the door (or drive thru) within mintues. Not to mention, I’ve never had an issue with my order. It really can’t get better than this!
