The morning crew. Love them! Went this afternoon, lady in drive thru was so rude and impatient. My kid was trying to order and she abruptly stops her “I can hear her. Can you just order”. And the tone.. it was so unnecessary. “Just” be nice. What the hell. I go to pay. Says one word. I sad thanks have a good day. Just a blank cold stare. It was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve had. I get it’s busy but the short frustrated tone then just nothingness is wild. Go work remote if you hate people that much.

Go anywhere else. I was just standing inside this store for 25 minutes after placing my order. When I had placed my order at the register I had two coffee beans & when I started to give my order the girl who neither smiled nor said good morning interrupted me to ask me to scan the beans for her. She didn’t ask for my name and didn’t give me a receipt. After 25 minutes of waiting I tried to approach the counter and everyone ignored me so I finally approached the girl who took my order with “excuse me?” & asked how much longer it would be. She asked me for my name and I tried to explain that she hadn’t asked my name and another girl interrupted asking for the order. Then the first one said my order was already waiting (it wasn’t). Then the manager – the oldest one there who with a mole on her face who said her name was Vanessa- asked me to “consider the way that I’m speaking to them” and I asked what she meant since I consciously being both polite & soft spoken and non confrontational. She said at first that was being harsh and I asked in what way – literally said “I’m sorry, in what way because I don’t know how else to explain” and she cut me off with I’d not going to have that discussion with you”. Translation- I don’t have to take responsibility for my actions or words. This woman literally gas lighted me in front of the whole store as if I’m a horrible demanding customer because I calmly and politely asked about my order after waiting and being ignored for 25 minutes. How is it appropriate to speak to instantly lash out at a customer instead of taking responsibility for the fact that no one followed the process or made my order. No apology and no ownership for that either and the coffee sucked. The vibe in there was so sad too- none of the employees smiled, said please or thank you or good morning- none of them were communicating with each other or helping anyone out. They all seem miserable which I’m sympathetic too but please don’t take it out on me for wanting the coffee I paid for? One guy snapped at his coworker because he’d made a customers latte “3 times” and it had been handed to the wrong person. I mean if you’re going to be this bad at your jobs at least be polite. Aroma Joes is down the street and that’s where I’ll be moving forward.

Best Starbucks ive ever been to. I go here almost every morning and my order is always correct and consistent. They are always slammed but never show anything but courtesy and politeness. Whatever this location is doing, mirror it nationwide. Incredible staff!

I got a cold brew and 2 food items, which totaled almost $15. My coffee was only half filled! I was in the drive through and I tried to hand the coffee back to the lady to fix and I said “this doesn’t look right, it’s half empty”. She just stared and smiled at me but didn’t say anything… there was a line forming behind me in the drive through and I wasn’t sure what else to say since she didn’t say anything. But I shouldn’t be given a half empty coffee for the price I paid. Will never go here again.

I have been going to this Starbucks for over a year now. And noticed that the grande/tall are the same size. I have ordered both and got the same size cup. They get the size incorrect but sure will charge for the more expensive coffee. Highly disappointed!!

The Derry Starbucks is fantastic! My coffee is always made perfectly and quickly by the friendly and efficient staff! The manager who works at both this location and the Tuscan location is phenomenal!

I’m not certain why this location doesn’t have 5 out of 5 stars. (^_^) The folks who work here are genuine, welcoming, kind, and friendly. It has been several years since I have consistently been able to have a great latte, macchiato, iced beverage, or other wise. The Derry location has nailed it! I couldn’t be more delighted. You walk I to this location and are greeted exuberantly by many of the staff. You can see the organization and hard work that goes into each of the products they prepare. I couldn’t be more pleased as a consumer to frequent this store. My deepest gratitude for all of your hard work and smiles. Rae~
