ordered a trenta pink drink less ice extra 3 scoop of strawberry acai mix, .. cup was filled with with more ice than the cup cold hold, no extra scoops tasted more or less like just coconut mix and strawberry pieces .. no wonders the server looked annoyed and in a rush to give our drinks

After a weekend storm delayed our flight by two days, we finally landed at JFK only to face another 9-hour delay. Instead of waiting, we rented a car and drove 3.5 hours to Providence. On the way, we had to stop and buy a snow shovel and de-icer. I was in thin clothing from the tropics, and my jacket was frozen inside the car, so I couldn’t get to it until I finished shoveling.
It was 20 degrees out but I finally got the car out and went to the nearest Starbucks for something hot. Even though it was 25 minutes before closing, they had already cleaned their machines and said they couldnt give me anything hot only thing they could offer was iced coffee. The last thing i wanted after being in the cold!
They seemed like they couldn’t care less, I get trying to sneak out five minutes before closing on a slow night but being almost totally shut down 27 min early is just ridiculous
So i drove to a Starbucks in Cranston on Chapel View Blvd which was along my 2hr drive to my home. When I got there it was 5 minutes to closing. Even though they were cleaning up too, they were incredibly helpful and offered to make mean Americano for the price of a regular coffee.
It was very good and warmed me up as well as helped keep me awake for my long ride home. I really appreciated them providing me with a deliciuos alternativ especially compared to the first location that gave up nearly half an hour early and could care less

Very nice girls they just need to focus on tasks at hand. 6pm on a Wednesday, empty store. I placed an online gave them 5 minutes before I even came in. Then came in and sat for another 15. In an empty store. drive thrus came thru and got served before me. I work in fast food so I get it but Thats just dumb. They were just too occupied talking to each other while only one person was making drinks.

Last two times I went, my white chocolate mocha was so bitter that I barely got through it. Left a really bad taste in my mouth. On top of that they were super low on stock for sandwiches for a Saturday morning. Personally not my favorite location.

The best experience. Doesn’t matter to me if drive through is slow at times as another reviewer mentioned. I have not encountered this. I have encountered them making sure my coffee is made just how I wanted it and willing to correct it if not made right. They take their time with you. Your coffee and your day truly matters to them, which makes this location standout from the rest.

Every time I visit this Starbucks, I’m consistently impressed by the exceptional service. The partners are always incredibly polite and kind to me and my two little babies. They’re incredibly accommodating to our needs, making our visits a pleasure. The cafe is spotlessly clean, and I’ve never had any issues with my coffee, which is a rare feat. Food I’m sorry is terrible I’ll actually buy my chia from you and go across the street to Dunkin and eat, your servers are always pleasant unfortunately very slow which does at times send me to other Starbucks in Garden City or up the street on airport rd, as far as atmosphere I use the drive through so I’m not familiar with the inside of this location.

People make mistakes zero vehicles behind me in line I ordered one coffee with a friggin fancy name the girl at the window after I ordered Paige told me to pull up in the mostly empty parking lot and someone will bring it right out 12 minutes later I called someone must’ve made a mistake. Don’t waste my time and if you read this, don’t waste your time either the coffee was like burnt toast
