I frequent this Starbucks often. There is no feature to order a pup cup through the mobile app so when it is busy this can be a challenge but most of the employees are very pleasant and provide the pup cup with a smile and take the 30 seconds to fill it up as I pick up my drink. However, the manager Gretchen consistently gives an attitude and tells me to go and wait in line rather than quickly just providing the pup cup. I always say “when you get a chance” and yet she still is rude and tells me to get in line. I try to avoid having to interact with Gretchen but unfortunately today that wasn’t possible. Given the amount of money I spend at this particular Starbucks, as I am a local, this customer service experience is unacceptable.

Love this location. Especially when Missy is on bar, she always makes my drink perfect.

I came in the other day and an employee with (I think?) a birthmark on her face kept mumbling at the register and I had to keep asking her what she was saying. Eventually, she walked away and someone else took my order. The employee in question kept giving me dirty looks as I waited for my order to be completed. Bear in mind I am 84 and have hearing aids.

This location is on point. Always busy yet always clean, happy and helpful. Even when there is a line, there is never a long wait. I think other locations could learn from Wakefield. It’s a “must stop” when I am in the area!

Normally i would let things slide, but I just got off a 24 hr shift as an EMT and I’m really tired of this. Upon arrival everything’s fine, I go up to the front and start my order. This is all find and dandy until I mention I have numbers as I have been a partner at Starbucks for almost 4 years now! They ask where I work and I appreciate the smalltalk as I had a rough shift and a little kindness goes a long way. This is until I mention that I work ina different albeit close by state. They ask whereabouts in the state and I am more specific. They seemed confused so I mentioned that I am here for college. They then ask if I am still working, I say yes but I am taking a little break. Upon hearing this the partner who had walked up while I was giving my order very rudely stated that I should not be using my numbers and that they should have been deactivated and to never use them again. HOWEVER they neglected to ask me if I would be going back or ask for more information! If they had they would’ve found out that while I am taking a SHORT break (a week and a half) I am still going to be working weekends at my store. This is not what Starbucks stands for as a partner centered company, and additionally, just come on man we’re all trying to make coffee here and get those drive numbers down. Very not cool. Also maybe don’t call people hun in a condescending manner. Made a good latte though, hence the star!

This place was great. Such sweet workers. Helpful and patient, which is so important in a coffee shop. It seems like Starbucks must pay their workers more as they do this best. You don’t feel rushed and as if they are totally disinterested in even dealing with you, as you see in many establishments today. To feel valued is important and this Starbucks has that nailed down. Especially the very sweet worker with very curly hair who told me all about the Gold Ginger Drink. Super sweet! Thanks. Keep up the great work!
