I am so thrilled that Starbucks opened this store, which is ten minutes away from my home. I had an amazing experience this morning with Nicolette; she was warm, friendly, compassionate, kind, and truly made my day. She, along with the other employees, all give five-star service to every customer that goes to their store. My order is always delicious, and again, Nicolette is absolutely fantastic at her job! A special shout out to Khae who is always kind and friendly to me, Joe as well! Although, I’ve had a couple bad experiences at this store, everyone for the most part is trying their best to go above and beyond in the customer service department, and in making me feel like a valued customer. This Starbucks is lit ! Please upper management, treat them as so! Thank you to all the baristas for making my drinks with extra care and may everyone treat you kindly!

Do not bother. It’ll be significantly faster to just take the drive to the Dartmouth location. I WISH I was exaggerating but unfortunately I’m actually being polite. I’ve visited the New Bedford location 3 times, twice via drive thru which one time we waited over 45 minutes for only two coffees, and the other we waited over a half hour for two coffees and a single danish, and my one visit inside was admittedly faster then the drive thru but it’s still at least a 15 minute wait for a COFFEE. Then after waiting over a half hour for our order, they then charge me for someone else’s order (because the wait was so long the person in front of me left) so then we were stuck waiting another 10 minutes while they figured out how to fix it, all while not communicating what was even happening. Then the final nail was when they handed me the drinks and my coffee looked like a cup of milk, I didn’t even have the strength, time, or patience to complain, so I just took the loss. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had getting coffee, typically a pretty simple thing. Three strikes and you’re out bro, I will not be returning ever again.

Just went there for a frappuccino the brown sugar one to be exact. Waited about 10-15 minutes for it and it wasn’t even brown sugar. It was chocolate but they put the brown sugar topping on it as if i wouldn’t notice. Definitely will not be coming back.
