I had a very unpleasant experience at this Starbucks.
I waited behind another customer for about five minutes while holding two mugs to purchase. The staff member at the register (a woman wearing black-framed glasses who was also handling the drive-thru microphone) clearly saw us waiting. However, once the customers in front of us finished their order, she briefly glanced at us and then walked away without offering to help or process our purchase.
We were left standing there, still holding the mugs, without any explanation. As Asian customers, this experience felt dismissive and, honestly, discriminatory. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Good customer service should be consistent and respectful to everyone. I hope the management addresses this so other customers don’t have a similar experience.

Shame on me because twice my wife has ordered me a coffee from here, and twice it’s shown up and leaked all over my house because they can’t be bothered to package it correctly. My wife has been in the hospital for a couple of weeks, and it was our thing that we’d get a coffee together on the weekend mornings. So, while I’ve been at home taking care of everything, my wife thought it would be a nice gesture to order me a coffee. Twice this has happened. And DoorDash doesn’t give you a refund, either, when your $15 delivered coffee is half missing and half on the ground. I wish all these apps would disappear and half the Starbucks. Get a real coffee shop in there that cares about its employees and customers. As for me, I’m done with Starbucks unless it’s the only place around and I’m there in person to take delivery of the coffee.
EDIT: Because I can’t reply to the management response directly, it is indeed their terrible packaging job on multiple occasions that have led to this. The coffee the pictures were taken from was just loose in the bag, not seated in its cardboard holder. DoorDash is equally incompetent, but not charging me $7 for a large coffee.

The two times we went here they put dairy in our drinks. The 2nd time I mentioned dairy gets me sick and purposely said oatmilk and non dairy cold foam and they still put dairy in it unfortunately. The guys at the window seem nice but not sure who’s making the mistake so often. I can get very sick with dairy so I can’t risk going here ever again.

I have been to this location three times. I don’t usually go to Starbucks or drink my coffee outside, but my experiences here have been pretty great. The aesthetics of the place are definitely on point, the baristas are very sweet individuals, and my drinks came out amazing. Yes, the times I have went have been during their busy times, but what is a 7 minute wait for a drink? The baristas never looked like they were being burdened, even when I noticed that some customers were being obnoxious. The only thing I would say though is that the last two occasions I came here, there appeared to be a barista who was profusely coughing, the gentleman appeared a bit disheveled as well, I couldn’t help but worry about him, but also how that was a bit unsanitary. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my experience at this Starbucks, it is a shame I may not come by here again as I will be returning home, but I am very glad I got to experience such warmth from a wonderful team of hardworking individuals. They are the backbone of this place. Cheers to them.

I waited at 12 a.m. for the new bearista cup and when we ordered it was already sold out. It was awful. First off, I have cancer. An officer gave me $20 to buy the new cup and I didn’t even get it. The reason I mentioned I have cancer is because I just wanted this cup in the midst of all the chaos but I didn’t even get a chance to get this cup. Yes, it really is that serious. I was first in line at the drive thru but they only gave the cups to the people who went inside. Had I known I would have waited outside. I had no idea this would happen. I’m just disappointed and I cried.

Wait times are atrocious. I shop at Market Basket then grab 2 coffees for the ride home to bring one to my wife. They can never get a simple coffee right. I have to drive past my house to go to another one and get them remade. Need to heavily invest in training.

I’m surprised at how nice this location is! It’s actually wheelchair accessible, clean as heck, spacious and modernized. The seating is comfy but perfect for working a while or reading. It’s in a shopping center that doesn’t seem to get much foot traffic (tho the drive-thru had more of a line, but nothing crazy) so seating is easily available. Honestly this might be my favorite location.

Love this location!!! Please continue to write a cute note on the outside of my food or the bags. I felt down one morning and then noticed the note and cheered up. It’s the small things that matter. Thank you so much

Having been even to the Starbucks roastery in Chicago, I must say that this is the best location I’ve ever visited. With the highest quality of both product and service, they make a truly shining example of the company’s brand.
Especially of note was Griselda, who (along with taking my order professionally, wishing my father a happy birthday on the day, and proactively cleaning floors and windows) came around and checked up on us, asking if everything was to satisfaction, and even made brief, pleasant conversation once prompted. She deserves more than just my recognition.
All negative reviews of this location are delusional at best.
