Out of all the Starbucks on Cape Cod this one is the very best! The service is outstanding. The staff, specifically Enya and Ryan go out of their way for their customers. Each morning they already know my order before I place it. Enya and Ryan greet me each morning with a warm welcome and heart felt smile. I appreciate the care they take when severing me. The professionalism goes beyond what I see at other locations.

This is by far one of my favorite Starbucks locations on the Cape! The staff are all professional and friendly, and the service is exceptionally prompt considering the challenging and busy drive-thru. This is also a great place to get work done, as the cafe is spacious and relatively quiet, and has a small nook with armchairs. Highly recommended!

I’m never usually in the Falmouth area, but I’m so glad I was today! This Starbucks has been one of the best experiences I’ve had at any location. The customer service was on point, my order was made quickly and accurately, and the store itself was super clean. You can definitely tell that the store manager, Brooklyn, takes real pride in her work. Great job running the store — the teamwork among the crew really shows. I’ll definitely stop by again next time I’m in the area!

I really would not recommend this place to anyone. Every time when I stop by to get something to drink or eat it is often a hit or miss with them. The staff is very unprofessional and I feel lot of discrimination towards me due to my color skin. The staff is not helpful at all and just tend to retaliate with anger without ever listening to my concern. This coffee shop needs professional training and learn how to respect their customers. The corporate should know what is going on in this location because StarBucks is not cheap. I do not pay money to be insulted. If it was up to me I won’t give this place a 1 star. It deserves a zero instead.

I stop at this Starbucks almost every morning and the experience is always great. The baristas are super friendly and somehow remember my drink even when it’s packed. The store has a really comfy vibe, and my drinks come out great every time! It’s honestly the highlight of my morning routine.

I go to this Starbucks every day at least once, sometimes twice. I love all the young ladies who all get up way earlier in the morning than anyone want to and they are all always friendly and accommodating. Elsa, Enya, Gloria, Lea, Ali and Brooklyn and many more have made my day every day by starting it out going and seeing them. When Starbucks decided to introduce a new medium roast coffee and discontinued the dark roast that I’ve gotten for years all the girls took the time to make a a dark roast with their pour over method which is time consuming but they always did it with no complaints. I use the mobile app every day and with rare exceptions my coffee is always ready when I get there. I can’t say enough about this store and its staff.

Worst Starbucks ever. You wait until the drive through for 20 minutes every time. You go inside because you hope it may be faster, nope, the staff is standing around not helping of communicating to each other. There is one guy making the coffees while the other two just watch. And they always have order ahead turned off because they obviously can’t handle it. Who ever manages this location should seriously consider “updating” the staff
