My daughter and I stopped in while having to charge my Lexus RZ and the two girls working there were so pleasant and friendly. I loved how personable they were to everyone. We had to sit for over two hours waiting for my car to get enough miles to drive home near Gillette. Even the customers who come in are super friendly and we didn’t want to leave . It’s just the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Good job hiring these girls!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks relatively consistently over the last few months. The barista team has consistently gotten my orders correct and are super accommodating towards dietary preferences. The cafe itself is very clean.

My favorite location, building architecture and atmosphere. Like to get my coffee and go down the hill and check out the Canal. Mature trees by drive thru window( correctly pruned to raise canopy) are a big part of the “Solid feel” of this one.

No longer go to this Starbucks after I ordered a Frappuccino, they made it wrong and when I politely came in to get it fixed they tried to argue with me saying that it was made the way I ordered. Yet when they remade it (the way I ordered) it was made right. So obviously something was wrong the first time even though they refused to acknowledge it. Last straw was them refusing to fill my mother’s iced coffee all the way because she didn’t get ice in it. This place is crap. Drive the extra 7 mins to the one at the Bourne rotary if you want anything done right.

Located next-door to the closed Friendly’s building , this new Starbucks just opened yesterday and is a stand alone building with a large outdoor patio, lots of parking and easy access to the drive-up.
Very friendly baristas! The guy who rang me up later asked me how my chocolate cold brew was, which was perfect.
The inside atmosphere/decor Is really welcoming and calming. Modern furniture that consists of tables and chairs, no couches . There is one long family style table That can hold about 10 people, there was a group of people having a meeting at it when I first walked in. There’s also many smaller tables with surrounding chairs, and comfy padded wall seating.
The bagged coffee and accessories area is smaller than most of the Starbucks that I’ve been in … Not many choices for buying a Starbucks coffee mug or travel cup and there was no Starbucks Reserve Blends from their small coffee farms. That smaller area makes more room for sitting though because the sitting area is much larger than Mashpee Starbucks and the Starbucks near the Bourne Rotary. This is definitely a place I’ll come with my laptop to chill and do some work!

Heading off the Cape and needing the full pit stop experience, this new SBUX was fresh and ready to provide all the things. At the first pull off after the Sagamore, this pleasant, patient staff gave me space to get collected before rattling off a somewhat complex order. They even had a demitasse glass so I could enjoy a for-here doppio just like old times. And let’s not forget about the immaculate bathrooms equipped with Dyson blade hand dryers. This spot definitely exceeded my expectations and I wish them all the best in their inaugural summer season!

I didn’t catch the baristas names but the three working tonight were so super friendly, beautiful smiles upon coming in and my Lavender Macha was ready for me with a cute heart on top by the pick up counter. I actually had to write in about the store. I was shocked by the treatment of the staff when I went in and told him that the drink was made wrong and they argued with me. When I asked the person’s name they didn’t give it. So I just wrote to Starbuks and had them fix it. Never want to go to the store again really surprised by the way they treated me.
