One of the best starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every single barista I met smiled and asked how my day was and it really brightened up my world (especially with all this cold weather lol). This is now my go-to coffee spot and I’m excited to see my new friends every time I visit. Peace and love

First time went in, one of the in-charges made reactive sounds at my appearance while coming out, a different employee asked my order (a delivery pickup) then completely blanked me when the order was done & I was still waiting in pickup area left untold, as their Deliveries spot is hidden & entirely unlabelled.
It also, being signless, doesn’t further instruct people to show their delivery badges or pages–but didn’t stop one of the workers from rudely demanding thus (after prior being Ignored) when recognisably picking up second order. No reason to be rude with anyone, let alone an odd stranger also working a job (that supports the business, Regrettably) & trying to go about their day. Have a clearer pickup zone with attentive staff & maybe won’t have so many issues; I certainly don’t with most stores.
Can also see, given some the coffee photos, why they might want to be hiding their coffees behind a paper bag even though it makes the delivering more difficult & quite literally less transparent.
I hope the locals & commuters have found coffee spots with better atmosphere & more supportive staff. No compunction to buy even a quick bottled drink while on the delivery grind–other places would doubtless be more grateful of the extra business.

During the week they are in point and happy to serve. There’s one lady behind the counter that you can tell she LOVES her job! Puts a smile on everyone’s face. The weekend however, they are always turning items (mainly drinks) off to show unavailable, when in fact the Saturday crew doesn’t want to make them. They are losing so much business turning items off when you in fact have the items to make said beverages. Weekends I have started to bring energy drinks or get coffee elsewhere.

I paid $5.75 for the espresso. The barista seems to not care to fill it up to grande size. The second order is mango dragonfruit. The same barista seems to not care to tell the store runs out off the dragonfruit and it should taste the same. (Okay I got it. I just can’t make my own dragonfruit and that’s why I’m here.) I don’t mind spending almost $12 for these two cups. At least please show you care and gives less of the attitude. Not a returning customer for this location.

Visited this Starbucks around 6 PM and was surprised to be told they were no longer accepting cash because the register had already been closed. The store hours indicate they are open until 7:30 PM, so it was confusing and frustrating that cash wasn’t accepted a full hour and a half before closing time.
I understand that some processes need to happen before closing, but it’s not reasonable to stop accepting a major form of payment so early. I hope management reconsiders this policy or at least communicates it clearly to customers in advance.

Today at about 5 pm waited 9 minutes for hot chocolate because the Manager was working alone. He told me all other employees were on break. Several employees at employees entrance grouped together laughing loudly. Then a group gathered around a large dog inside near the front door including at least one employee. Very different than the usual service and atmosphere at this Starbucks.

Picked up drinks for a party here and food elsewhere. The Starbucks staff was generous enough to provide at the last minute all the utensils I forgot to buy for our food.

The lines were very long here and I feel like they shouldn’t take Mobile orders at certain times or have more staff. The store is pretty small and cramped. I wouldn’t plan on staying there unless it’s warm enough to sit outside.

Fabulous, friendly, quick service thanks to this wonderful barista named Charlie. Very hospitable team. Serena was very kind, as well, and they will make a creative cold drink if you are unsure of what to try. Stop by.
