Great service in a SUPER BUSY spot. Staff was great from cashier to server. There had to be 20 drinks prepared waiting for pickup. Don’t feel like I waited a long time for an in-store order. Store showed some signs of a busy morning but understandable.

Ordered $50-60 of stuff and even tipped, food cold, and they get mad when you ask for a bag, I’ve worked foodservice for years and understand it gets busy but how hard is it to manage warming up premade food and mixing liquids together like come on, no wonder so many locations are closing. Great staff very nice and accommodating but: the food is generally terrible and the coffee is even worse. The new Cortado is an embarrassment and shouldn’t be allowed to be called cortado. And it’s both for the quality of the espresso and the inability of almost any Starbucks employee in the world to heat milk properly. Lastly, the place is always dirty, missing chairs and basically screams “please don’t hang out here”.

I’m actually grateful that they made my drink so terrible because I needed to kick my Starbucks habit anyways. Paid over $10 for 1 drink only to not get any of the extras I added in and for it to be completely diluted with cream. I even added an extra espresso shot but all I could taste was cream. :/

I go to this location 2-3 times a week, I get a venti caramel Frappuccino, 95% of the time you can’t even tell it’s what I ordered and I get extra caramel. When you tell them it doesn’t taste like what you ordered they look at you as if you’re crazy. There’s one young lady that gets it spot on every time, I wish I knew her name. Even though it’s convenient to go there it’s time to find a new location

Normally have a great experience, but today was a different story. I ordered the new frozen tropical energy drinks. In the drink there is supposed to be strawberry purée but when I got in I noticed the drink was like a pale yellow. So I was confused and I asked the worker “is this supposed to have strawberry purée” he replied “you order the energy drink right?” I said yes and he then said no its not supposed to. He then went to the register to check and a girl worker came up to me and said yeah the frozen one is supposed to have strawberry purée. He then comes back takes a new cup dumps the purée and then my old drink, it splashes all over the sides of the cup and he hands it to me, i took it and cleaned the cup myself. While he was doing that he was saying they never were taught how to make the drink. Starbucks needs to show employees how to make new drinks to avoid this. I felt really uncomfortable and he seemed really agitated at me to remake the drink. I don’t think its his fault. At the same time he could have done it a little more polite.
