This place needs more tables and seats for accomodating more people specially during the winter. The way the interior is set up can be improved to help get more customers. The servers can better as well. Too many staff doing very small output. Engaging in cheatchat while customers waiting for their order isn’t a service we expect when we go to Starbucks.

The store probably deserves a better rating but, I have a gripe and it will never get noticed without some pain. I’m on the road a lot and when I do a search for a coffee shop I expect to be able to go in the place when I arrive. I’ve driven countless times to coffee shops only to find it’s in a location I don’t have access to and I need to drive to another. Shops in buildings on college campuses I don’t have access to, in hospital dining, underground in the subway..today was the day I decided it’s time to say something. Clearly mark these places as NOT STREET ACCESSIBLE!!!!! And/or not accessible by general public! Clearly this specific shop is not one of those and I’m sure I need to acknowledge this fact for the small brains that cannot comprehend my remarks.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks due to the behavior of the store manager, Taylor. While on the floor, she repeatedly pulled down the back of her shirt to show her tattoos to a customer, which felt highly unprofessional in a work environment. More troubling, I witnessed her berating an employee—rolling her eyes, speaking in a condescending manner, and displaying a clear lack of respect.
Starbucks promotes itself as a company built on kindness, inclusion, and respect, yet this interaction visibly contradicted those values. Managers set the tone for both employees and customers, and this behavior does not reflect well on the brand. Employees deserve to be treated with dignity, and customers should not be exposed to uncomfortable or unprofessional conduct.
Please do better, Starbucks. Hiring and promoting leaders who are kind, respectful, and supportive of their teams is essential. This experience did not reflect the standards Starbucks claims to uphold.

The child making the drinks was criticizing every order that she was doing. Not even caring that with how slow she was moving every person she was making fun of was waiting and watching her do this. This was all done on Saturday October 11, 2025 between 5:20 pm and 540pm. Starbucks has really fallen.

I asked for extremely light ice and I got this much ice in my drink. Starbucks practices recently have been so terrible especially this location that they can’t serve drinks with appropriate level of ice while charging $6 for a drink. Pack of ice costs $3 at gas stations
