Plan on waiting easily 15-45 minutes for your order at any given time. I waited 45 minutes for my mobile order today and finally after getting it, it was made incorrectly. I’m not one to make a review over a coffee but for an $8 coffee missing half the things you’re upcharged for is insane.

take a step back and see how busy this starbucks is and you’ll realize they need more than five stars. sure you might have to wait a few minutes but i’ve never seen such great teamwork and communication. i felt like i even knew everything that was going on and everyone was super nice!

Such a welcoming atmosphere and staff! Despite being wicked busy, the speed of service is amazing and the baristas make sure to recognize customers as they come in.

It’s so sad to see most hospitality businesses lose their spark, but not this Starbucks! I haven’t experienced this level of customer service since before Covid. This review is SPECIFICALLY for Mikey at the drive through! Made me smile and brightened my day 🙂
