I really had a pleasant time visiting! The inside felt welcoming! The barista who received my order was very friendly and offered recommendations on my order. She made my peppermint hot chocolate with whipped cream look great ! It tasted good !
The brownie was also good !

Took 20 minutes of waiting inside to make a mini refresher on a to-go order, kept making the new orders over the old ones, she needs to learn to multitask and not make one drink at a time! These overpriced drinks aren’t worth your time or patience.

Coffee shop in the heart of historic Newburyport. You can get all the usual foods and beverages. Every time I’ve been here on a summer weekend has been super busy, so the servers deserve extra patience. Better yet order on the app. There probably won’t be a place to sit.

I’ve always liked this Starbucks. I think it’s because it doesn’t feel like a typical Starbucks; it’s not as big/open or modern feeling and the seating is limited. It makes me think this is the type of experience the company was originally trying to capture before if became the Dunkin alternative. Whatever it is, I love this Starbucks – can’t wait to go next time I’m in town.

I took my mother here on Mother’s Day for a quick afternoon pick-me-up coffee and the customer service baffled me. I’m not picky, I’ve worked in service for years so I understand stress on holidays….but jesus I saw one of the girls throw a straw at a customer and slid her drink so hard it almost flew off the pick-up counter. They messed up our order and sighed when I asked for assistance.

Easily my favorite Starbucks location. Everyone is always so friendly and my order is always made to perfection. I also love that they do small simple things that make this location just a little more special than others (Halloween stickers on the cups around Halloween, speciality samples, etc.). Kudos to everyone that makes this location fantastic in every way!
