Very disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks. The service was slow and disorganized, even though there weren’t many customers in line. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I politely pointed it out, the barista seemed annoyed rather than helpful.
The store was also not as clean as I’d expect—tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash bins were overflowing. For the prices they charge, I expect a much higher standard of service and cleanliness.
I’ve been a regular customer for years, but after this visit, I’m seriously reconsidering whether it’s worth coming back. There are plenty of other local coffee shops that seem to care more about quality and customer service.

Great coffee got even better as they now individually brew each cup of drip coffee. Starbucks food has never been it’s strong suit and I frequently get an everything bagel although I wish they would improve it,but the staff and ambiance are always good. Thank you to the team there.

By far my favorite Starbucks location. Every morning the staff is working diligently to organize and prepare for the day. They are all the sweetest giving service with a smile and good vibes to start the day. My order is always correct and quick- whether it’s mobile or in store ordering. Love it!

Great Starbucks location. Staff is always friendly and strive for excellence. Coffee is always on point! Any negative reviews youll see is from the occasional stuck up whiny local, have seen it in person and the staff still do well handling the difficult customers. 5 stars keep up the good work

Always slow to take your order and complete it. Typically employees are chatting with each other instead of acknowledging you’re there waiting to order something. Better coffee places in Marblehead to go to. Staff needs to pay more attention and get drinks out as opposed to talking. Waited 5 minutes for a latte with no one else waiting for an order and there were 4 employees just chatting.

I have always loved this Starbucks but it has been inconsistent for the last 6 mos or so (possibly longer). Most days I will head to Canal St or Vinnin Square now. It seems like they’re trying to stretch a dollar or something… Weak coffee and the cold foam doesn’t even make it home before turning in to watery suds. I wonder if anyone else has noticed? Hopefully they get it together.
