I LOVE that store its the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The drinks were made perfectly and the team is so friendly. I asked for extra toasted on my egg bites they took care of that very well for me, I live a cross just moved here and its really awesome.

Store has 6 tables with seating. High chair available. Ample parking. Coffee tastes different here(on the down side) participates in order ahead. Fair service time. Store is moderately filthy as well as the bathroom. See images for further reference

All the employees here are really hard working and friendly. Special shout out to the guy with the medium black hair that was helping me out with my malfunction app for my bday drink; I really appreciate your service and patience. Also, I got the ice pecan oat latte and spinach egg white wrap and they both were delicious! I will be back for the amazing service and food/drinks !

Went on the holiday cup date. When I first got there, the line for drive through did not seem bad at all but it took about 15 minutes to successfully get my two drinks (white hot chocolate mocha and peppermint mocha). Though the wait was longer than I anticipated, I was more than happy with the outcome. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The vibe radiating from them was contagious. I would be more than happy to wait in the line again and experience that enthusiasm. The drinks, as usual, were delicious. Very satisfied with this drive through location, particularly the staff on this busy day.

Stopped to grab a quick breakfast and coffees and the person manning the register didn’t know how to operate it and was taking for ever to process an online order ahead of us. Then he finally asked two of his fellow employees who were sitting around in the coffee area instead of behind the counter. When it our turn when we ordered items shown on the poster they same person told us they were not available then called someone else to take over the register. The other person listed other options and took our order didn’t take our name or give us a receipt so we had to guess which was our order for a while. Did not like the experience at this Starbucks at all.

The employees took forever to take and prepare my order. All the tables were dirty and you can literally see dust bunnies in every corner. If you’re looking for a Starbucks to work and be chill, find yourself another location.

I adore this Starbucks location! They make it so easy to order online using their app and breeze by the drive up window to get it! The staff are so cheerful. I’m a big fan of the iced Mango dragon fruit Refresher and warm chocolate chip cookies! Getting stars ends up saving me over $5 on most of my orders.

Not all of the Starbucks get this drink right for whatever reason. (too rushed, don’t care?) They surely hit the mark on this one here. Nitro cold brew with salted cream cold foam. Perfection. Look at that fade! Thanks Woburn baristas!

Whoever the 2 girls were working drive thru on 10/9/24 at 11:16am were absolutely disrespectful. I asked (since the app said to ask availability at store) if they still served the blended strawberry lemonade, to which she said “yes” and I proceeded to say the rest of my order. I get to the window and she hands me a strawberry lemonade refresher, I very nicely said “oh, I asked for a blended strawberry lemonade” the girl rolled her eyes and said “I must of miss heard you” and I handed her back the drink. No biggie, stuff happens. Not mad at all about it and I just wait for the rest of my order. I’m the only one in line, no one is behind me so I’m not feeling terrible about holding a line up. Then someone else (I didn’t grab her name, she was wearing a blue plaid shirt) bursts out of the window, very condescendingly and extremely rude shoves the drink at me and says “JUST SO YOU KNOW THE NEXT TIME ORDER, THIS IS A BLENDED STRAWBERRY LEMONADE!” To which I reply, “yeah that’s what I ordered…” but she didn’t even wait for my response because she rolled her eyes turned around and the window slammed shut.
Nice attitude. And let’s just say I didn’t say my order right, is this how you treat customers? I hope they have a better day, it must be miserable to be them or have to work with them.
