I frequently order from here and have yet to receive my order in less than 20 minutes, despite being informed it’s ready. Also, I have ordered our drinks hot (each time), and this is the only location that makes them cold. Every. Time.

Was trying to enjoy some fresh air outside yesterday on their patio and some big guy came with his 2 big dogs that barked at me. Maybe he’s dating lady who works there? She came out with some lattes and the dogs were sitting on the seats and slurping the lattes.
It was threatening at worst and disgusting at best. That big guy needs TWO emotional support dogs? How pathetic.
And bathroom was gross.
