Ah, Starbucks — where the coffee’s lukewarm but the teenage feet are piping hot on every table. Apparently, the new seating policy is “make yourself at home,” because nothing says ambiance like a 16-year-old’s sneakers next to my latte. I didn’t realize I paid $7 for a cappuccino and a front-row seat to the world’s least hygienic lounge. Bravo, Starbucks.

My sales team and I either go to or order from this Starbucks nearly everyday. The staff is always to friendly and welcoming, the environment is comfortable and warm, the store is always clean and very presentable even during super busy hours. And most important the quality of the drinks/ and food items are always top notch, and made with care. Thank you guys for all that you do, above and beyond!

Staff are pleasant. It can be a bit tricky to park at this location. It’s a very noisy environment (especially when staff are grinding coffee beans!) so don’t count on being able to have a comfortable conversation with anyone there.

Ordered a coffee at the counter. It never came I asked for my money back. The manager was very snotty would not refund me the tip. Said I could call an 800 number Never again What a joke. This is the Starbucks in Wayland mass across from the post office on Main Street

Lean facilities, but sadly very unfriendly staff. To focused cleaning, and only one person doing food and drinks and no greetings from anyone, definitely a more negative experience comparing with other locations

Often after church, my friends and I visit that Starbucks, but after yesterday, I don’t think I’ll go back anymore. We were hanging out when, out of nowhere, a Starbucks staff member told us to leave immediately. I thought I misheard and said we’d be quieter. She explained that there’s a new policy: no warnings, just kicking people out if they’re deemed too loud. I just find it very disrespectful what happened especially because after doing some research we found that there was no such policy. It also felt very targeted because there were other groups being as loud as us which wasn’t even too loud and we were the only ones kicked out.

I usually have a good experience here and on Tuesday I got an excellent iced matcha lavender tea with the appropriate portion of lavender as shown on the picture was satisfying. Today on Thursday I asked for less ice which they did but they only put a pinch of the lavender cream and needed to add sugar. Not the best but acceptable.
