Quick and efficient, and the first Starbucks I’ve seen with kids books! While we were here an elderly gentleman accidentally spilled his drink, and they were quick to clean it up and make him a new one without making him feel bad. Great job Starbucks 🙂

I decided to come back for the first time since renovation and was greeted kindly on the way in and had a friendly barista at the register who took my order. The new available seating is nice and allows for more social interactions with one another. I did notice an older woman who had a black apron on, who seemed to be talking to the other employees in a condesending tone, yet no one did anything about. It made me a little sad to see the treatment of some of the kind folks working. But besides that, I enjoyed my coffee :)!

The young girl at the front was so nice and clearly very new, even though she was struggling she still had a smile on her face and apologized. She made both of my drinks after she rang them in and they were so good. It’s unfortunate that she didn’t receive any help from peers until asked when she was clearly struggling.

I know its early morning but the person that just served me with red hair in Bedford MA was absolutely so rude. Not once but twice! Even when I asked for a straw she grumble said over there pointed and never even made eye contact. So sorry we woke you up this morning.

Ordered three beverages, waited 20 minutes to get two. When I pointed out that I had asked for three, the person behind the counter walked away from me mumbling: “label says two”. I was not looking for a free beverage, but a “Sorry for the misunderstanding, do you want me to make another one while my colleague at the register rings you up?” would have been appreciated.

I understand that we are a fast paced and often faceless society with our mobile orders and demand for instant service. However, when I place a mobile order ahead of time, my expectation is that it be ready within the 3-8 minute window offered up upon receipt of payment. This particular store has been slow in the past, but that was nothing compared the delay experienced this morning. 20 minutes after my order was placed I still had no food. Fortunately, I was able to contact customer service via telephone and was able to get a refund for my purchase. I don’t know if it was a staffing issue or poor employee performance that caused the delay. I understand that things can get busy and the unforeseen can occur. However, that’s where customer service comes into play. Had the woman at the cash register been even remotely sympathetic and apologetic, I likely would not be leaving this review now (the gentleman who made my coffee was lovely and very apologetic). Needless to say, this store has lost my business. I doubt that the loss of my business will have much of an impact, but as a consumer, that’s the only power I have. Fortunately, Starbucks are plentiful here and there are plenty of other stores where I have not had to experience a similar wait.

My favorite Starbucks location! The staff is always kind and efficient and I swear my drink tastes best when I order it here. Today they were out of my usual Frappuccino so I ordered something slightly different on the app – but when I picked it up, they had modified it to make it look and taste more like my usual order! It was so thoughtful and brightened my morning so much.

Great Starbucks location. The staff here are very meticulous on making sure they got your order right and they do a great job. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The overall atmosphere is pretty laid back and quiet. Gotta try out the new Ultra caramel frap. Pretty good for summer days after work.
