We went today, I wanted a peppermint coffee, but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. When I ordered a peppermint cold brew, the employee (I wish I got his name!) guided me through how to make it the tastiest version of what I wanted. When we pulled up to the drive thru window, he waited for me to taste it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. It was EXACTLY perfect. Kudos to him, this made my day and I hope more people are blessed with his excellent customer service.

I absolutely love this Starbucks at Northborough Shops Way! I always have a great experience here—the drinks are consistently delicious, and the team is amazing. Rude staff. Came here to get my birthday drink. App won’t load and he said he had no time to wait. Showed him DL but he said it won’t work that way. The white old guy didn’t even care to wish and said no to giving free drink. Shame!
