This Starbucks can be great but needs work. The best part is the expansive dining room that can seat almost 80 people with plenty of electrical outlets, USB ports, and tables. That’s where the good parts end.
The service is as disorganized as others say. I ordered a basic coffee and I had to remind them 15 minutes later after several other later customers were served before me. The bathroom faucet stayed on before and after my use. The WiFi did not work for my laptop in Windows, Fedora, or Ubuntu. My Android did connect, though.
I hope this place improves. The dining area is so great that I would detour an hour out of my way to work from here if the WiFi worked.

I love to get espresso based drinks from Starbucks and am so excited we just opened this one. The staff are super friendly. The only thing is that sometimes there is a long wait time. The staff do well with communicating when they are behind. I would recommend that you keep the time of day in mind when planning a trip!

I consider myself to be a fairly patient person as I’ve worked in customer service over the years and I am so disappointed. This store has been receiving less than ideal reviews for at least 2 months and nothing has changed. We waited over 45 minutes for two drinks. Is there even a manager present? You would think that if the owner is evenly barely concerned about the business they would do something to fix the issues.
Only 4-5 people working – I felt terrible for the staff – they were a bit disorganized but, aside from that, they were doing their best. I don’t appreciate hearing customers complaining, or worse yet, giving staff a hard time in an impossible situation. How can there only be 4-5 staff in a location that is prime and so busy?! Get it together and hire more people. If I were a staff member I wouldn’t stay. No one deserves to be put under that type of pressure and take grief from people when it’s out of their control.
Couldn’t order ahead which wouldn’t be a big deal if the service were quicker.
I was also surprised about the store itself. Not good but if staff is expected to do all of the cleaning while making drinks it’s not going to work unless you HIRE more people!
– Unheated bathroom in a brand new store!
– Dirty bathroom – toilet paper strewn all over the floor.
– Bathroom set up is terrible. Dryer is next to sink so no one else can use the ONE sink until you’ve finished drying your hands
– Trash all over the floor near the counter.
Bottom line, this store is severely understaffed. I say skip it and head 20 minutes south to Northampton store.

Doesn’t matter what visit Ive made this location can never keep up with the volume of people that flow through. Even if the line isn’t long you can tell they dont have time to clean. The bathrooms are usually a mess, the tables left unclean, and the floors littered with trash. They need to staff a little better and I think it would be fine.

I love Starbucks. The problem with the wait times to complete an order isn’t just with Starbucks, its with every business with mobile ording. Prior to Covid there wasn’t mobile ordering. Mobile orders, delivery, and drive-thru seem to take precedent over those that park the car and actually walk into the establishment and order. Time to get rid of mobile orders and deliveries.

I do Door Dash and yesterday the place was slammed. I waited for 10 minutes before asking about the order, Ivy said she didn’t see it but would let me know when it came up. 20 minutes later she asked to see the order from my phone. She looked in the system and saw it had been closed for 115 minutes! Long before I received the order from DD. What happened was her friend who knew she placed the order, just came in and grabbed it. So that was clearly a Door Dash and friend issue. Like I said, it was slammed in there so no reflection on the staff. My reason for the review is, in the 45 minutes I was there, it was a pleasure to watch Ivy work! She was fast, efficient and calm. All staff did a great job and was good natured but Ivy in particular stood out. Give that girl a raise!

Restroom was atrocious and had obviously not been cleaned for quite awhile. Toilet paper out in one stall and strewn all over the other stall. Toilet seat up and dirty toilet. Other bathroom was closed & this one labelled for both men & women. I went and mentioned to an employee & he just blew me off with a response of “It is always like this”..No mention of a thanks or a we will take care of it.

The positive reviews HAVE to be fake. Stopped here on our way home from VT to CT. Took us over 45 minutes for 3 coffees. We wanted to get food too but was told anything toasted would take an additional 45 minutes so forget that. Bathroom was DISGUSTING. Can’t believe this location is even allowed to be under the Starbucks name. By far, no competition, the absolute worst coffee place I’ve ever been to, let alone a Starbucks. Workers were understaffed and tried their best, clearly a management issue.

This location may be understaffed so I will spread the word in hopes it will help Starbucks and someone in need of employment.
A young lady was cleaning the bathroom and a customer was rude to her insisting to use the bathroom, there was even a sign at the bathroom door stating it was currently being cleaned; how do you expect to have a clean environment if customers don’t let them do their jobs! The same customer raised her voice to the employee while she was cleaning the lobby tables! Seems to me that some customers just look down at the staff, but let’s be real most people who are Starbucks snobs think they are higher than most people in the real world.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. 6 cars went through the drive through, 4 mobile orders completed and I had to complain after 12 minutes of waiting for ONE drink. Drink was fine but I will never come here again. Starbucks should be less concerned with union busting and more concerned with how their customers are being served (or not served). Avoid this place if you care for your sanity.
