This is absolutely the best Starbucks in the Pioneer Valley. I’m greeted with a good morning every time I stop to get my coffee ☕️. They even know my name 🙂 The entire crew is amazing, and Jennifer, on the other hand, is fantastic. This is the best part of my day.

Honestly I am disappointed I rarely go to Starbucks, but this one time I did and when I ordered their largest size mocha cookie crumble. At the window they gave me the smallest size they had, I pointed it out and they apologized, but 4 seconds later they come back with the right size but it was them just dumping the small one into it and topping it off with a lot of whipped cream. I didn’t realize until I was on the road. I feel like it was a Waste of my money and a lack of integrity on their part.

I go to this Starbucks multiple mornings each week and every single person who I’ve encountered has been wonderful. They always get your orders out quickly, even when it’s busy, the orders are always correct, and the people are super kind and friendly- even first thing in the morning when it’s freezing and most people would be a little miserable . I wish I knew the names of the individuals I usually see in the mornings (it often changes at the drive thru) because they all deserve to be recognized and rewarded!

This is the newest Starbucks in the Valley and it is an excellent one. I sometimes roll in at 5:45am on my way to nursing school, and the staff are always chipper, kind, and seem happy to be there. The drinks are made perfectly every time (and I’m picky!). The food is still hot when I get it. Nothing is out of stock. I love this location. Bonus points for the GORGEOUS view of the mountains behind their parking lot!

Rating is based off service, first time at this location visiting and Morgan comes onto the speaker telling us we need to give the lady more time to make our order. First off we didn’t rush, we weren’t rude we pulled up to the window she could’ve said ” still working on that come on up.” Especially since it was dead. She proceeds to give us attitude at the window and say ” next time give us more time to prepare your order have a great day,” and closed the window and forgot to give me my danish. Next time don’t be rude and forget to give all the order. If you’re going to be rude make sure I have ALL my items in my order. Were taken back by the fact the barista Morgan was rude right off the bat with us and we were being nice and had not complaint the whole time until she started being rude for no reason. As we were talking about leaving a tip also in the jar out the window but she ruined that. You need to find another barista who wants to do their job. Won’t ever come back to this location.
