I’m not typically a “leaver of bad reviews.” Any company can have an off moment. But I’m leaving this review for one reason: I hope a decision-maker reads it. I was in last week to meet a colleague. The store was reasonably busy with the drive-thru and (I’m sure) DoorDash and UberEats orders. But I was the only one at the register. I stood there for 3 or 4 minutes as no fewer than 4 different employees walked by. I think I did get some eye contact from one of them, though I can’t even be certain of that. No one greeted me. No one said, “We’ll be with you in one minute.” No acknowledgement of my presence at all, except for maybe that nanosecond of eye contact. I know businesses get busy, but acknowledging customers is the most important thing any business can do. Starbucks failed… at least that day. And as a result, any future coffee meetings for me will be at another shop.

I ordered a drink on the app and when I got to the window I was greeted with asking to give them more time next time. Mind you the car in front of me ordered in the drive through and there were no cars behind me. There were maybe 3 cars in the parking lot so this place didn’t look busy. They told me they have a lot of orders ahead of mine and I needed to give them more time next time. I wouldn’t have mind waiting my turn to begin with but to ask a customer this is absolutely uncalled for, especially when they weren’t busy

Centerville Starbucks Experience Worth Raving About!
If you’re looking for stellar service, a spotless environment, and a drink that will blow your mind…look no further than the Starbucks in Centerville! I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Paige, who went above and beyond to craft a custom masterpiece that I’ll be calling the “Paige Way” from now on.
This drink was next-level delicious: cold brew blended with 4 pumps of mocha, 5 pumps of vanilla, a splash of half & half, and topped with a banana protein cold foam that was pure magic. It was rich, smooth, energizing, and unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Paige’s creativity and kindness made the entire experience unforgettable.
The store itself was immaculate, with plenty of seating and a welcoming vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, true professionals who clearly take pride in their work.
Centerville Starbucks, you’ve earned a solid 5-star rating from me. And Paige? You’re a rockstar. I’ll be back soon for another round of the Paige Way!

I love this Starbucks location! Typically just run through the drive thru, have been inside a couple times in the past and can say at that time my observations were:
– Kept up on cleanliness
– Tables were cleared and cleaned quickly
– Handicap Accessible
– Bathrooms available (didnt go in to speak on BR cleanliness.)
– Plenty of seating open
Drive-thru observations:
– My experience with folks running drive-thru has always been great, employees are friendly, energetic and seemingly happy.. they’ve been able to get me to crack a smile even during a difficult day and I appreciate that even more than the delicious Frappuccino that follows!
– Quick service!! Even when line appears to be lengthy, the waitress isnt! I don’t believe I’m able to recall a visit that I’ve had to sit in line for over 3 minutes…and honestly it’s normally VERY fast.
– Outside of location is kept clean and looking nice.
Parking:
Location used to be a bank so they have a decently sized lot available thats handicap accessible. At times there may be some cumbersome moments of drive-thru line interfering with people entering or exiting lot, but normally from what I’ve seen folks are good at being mindful of not blocking the lot when the line starts getting long.
Drinks:
Have never had my order messed up or served in poor appearance and/or taste at this location. I typically order a Grande Café Vanilla Frappuccino with Carmel Drizzle and Whip and technically it’s no longer on the menu but most occasions the employees know what I’m referring to and don’t have an issue making it. And this location its never been questioned. ♡
Can’t speak on quality of food at this location.
Overall: 100% recommend and will without doubt return!

This is my one guilty pleasure. I literally go to Starbucks everyday. The staff knows my name and they know my drink preferences. It’s always clean and welcoming in this store. I always look forward to ending my day by coming here for my favorite shaken espresso.

I always enjoy the Frappuccinos. I got a breakfast sandwich today and really wish I knew how small it would be before I ordered it. I could’ve fit two sandwiches in one hand. Plus, it was mostly bread. It didn’t taste bad, but I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew it was so small. It is too small for the price you pay.

The employees are so rude, unfriendly and I literally heard one of the male employees mocking me while his co workers giggled with him.. what a shame Starbucks has to hire just about anyone these days to keep the doors open… I hope they get it together.. workers are striking for contracts customers should strike for good service for the price were paying…
