I am not usually a person who does reviews. But I have to say that over the last 3 years of using this Starbucks, I am beyond happy with the service I have received every time! The workers are the kindest of people, clearly hard workers, and they make you feel special (even when you just come in for your pick up order). I recommend this specific Starbucks, if you are in need of a well made drink and some friendly faces for however long you are there.

Y’all! I am so grateful to have found this location. Consistent, friendly, and very professional! I was able to seamlessly use perks and order at the same time. In addition, I was kindly educated multiple times on coffe and merch. I love that they took the time with me to not only find out what they could sell me, but to teach me about coffee strength and acidity levels in each roast. Sean helped me find the perfect French press and was able to break down, for me, why/how each press works. I have full confidence in my brewing now. I am excited to use my press. They also ha e an adorable selection of valentine’s gifts for my daughter. If you want you drink done to Starbuck standards (we all know not ever location delivers that)

I just started going to starbucks to get my coffee a few months ago and most of the employees are very polite and friendly. They are always smiling and are always positive! There’s 3 lady’s in there that i’d love to recognize but i don’t k ow their name so I’ll edit this review when i find out. They know exactly what i order and know my name and they are super nice! we need more people like them in this world .

It sure is discouraging to pay for a $7 Mocha and its a half filled cup mostly foam. I’d rather go to 7 brew or Dunkin right next door.

My wife ordered a HOT coffee, It was too hot to hold in her hand, so she grabbed a sleeve which were on the counter. He literally said you can’t touch that as if he was scolding a child. I told him it was too hot to hold and he said something about policy. Starbucks employees need to work on there people skills.

As soon as I walked in the door, every member of the team greeted me with a smile. Liz helped me find an order that fits my dietary/ caffeine restrictions and offered substitutes for options that were out of stock. They were patient in helping me use my rewards, ordering a unique order and the service was super quick. Will be coming back, thanks for taking good care of me today!

Drinks are hit or miss here. I’ve had iced orders come out warm and watery here, but I’ve also had decent drinks, too. Service is usually fast. However, they do not offer Dine In mugs or glasses. I’ve asked and been given the To Go paper cups each time. This is disappointing and detracts from the general coffeehouse atmosphere. The Starbucks on Woodbine offers Dine In ware that their baristas are happy to offer.
Going out for coffee is supposed to be a treat, but the way this location is run, you might as well go to a drive-thru or even a gas station. Music at this location is also super loud.

Great Starbucks, with a really good service. I asked for something decaffeinated and cold and at the end I got my favorite coffee without caffeine. I was so happy about that and I will save that recipe because it’s so good. The service was fast too, even if it’s a small Starbucks. The place looks nice and calm, a great place to study. Unfortunately there is no Starbucks in Milton and we had to come to Pace.
