I stopped by Starbucks to grab drinks for myself and my wife, and I just want to say that the service from Samuel, Roqi, Roni, and Aliyah was amazing. They were all very friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. Our drinks were made perfectly, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. I go to this Starbucks almost every day. I come for the coffee, but Clint is what makes it special, he’s so nice, funny, and sweet, and he makes the drive-thru experience genuinely enjoyable. He just has a way of making your day better!

This place is such a hit or miss. Management is pretty bad at this location. They are always out of seasonal items like ALL THE TIME and the customer service is terrible! They will sigh, roll eyes, even talk aggressively if you tell them something about your order is wrong. This stems from one of the managers though because she’s often super aggressive with customers AND staff. Ron is the only one that 10 out of 10 is ALWAYS kind.

Clint was amazing! We’ve been coming back for the past four days because he’s always so positive, friendly, and uplifting at the drive-thru. He’s built such a great rapport with my husband and I, and we truly appreciate his kindness.
We also left our contact info with him since we’ve been trying to help rescue a couple of stray cats near Starbucks (in the forested area by the drive-thru). We’re heading home now since our vacation is over, but we’re really hoping others will look out for the cats and maybe bring them some food or treats when visiting. I heard the black kitty might be the dad, and there’s another cat that’s pregnant.
We live near Orlando, so it’s hard for us to continue caring for them, but it would mean so much if the community could help keep them fed and safe.

The drive through is normally pretty long, and I’ve had them get my order wrong multiple times. I normally feel pretty rushed at this location. However, if I’m wanting to shop for merchandise, this store is perfect because they have a great selection!

This location is always on point. The drive through people are polite efficient and always put a smile on face. I do pick up orders regularly as a work from home exec and they never make me late for a meeting!

The service was good, and the staff member was friendly. However, I find it unreasonable that Starbucks is asking for tips on a drive-through order when using Apple Pay. A $5 coffee quickly became $6 with the suggested tip, which feels excessive. Starbucks should be paying their workers fairly instead of pushing the responsibility onto customers.
