It is a pleasure to do business with kind people, who actually strike up a conversation with you while we wait for the order to be filled. December can be hectic and busy, but Trevor at the drive thru window, helped us… and he was so kind. It’s nice be greeted with a smiling ☺ friendly face.1-19-2023
This store has alot of space to sit, 8 separate tables and chairs, and a big table in the middle with 10-12 chairs. This store has all the usual ware here, bagged coffee, lots of mugs and thermal tumblers, gift cards, and a large variety of food, breakfast and lunch food and sweets galore
There is a free parking lot and if the lot is full, there is off street parking nearby. Handicap parking spaces right outside the door.
I had been given someone else’s order and returned to get my own. I didn’t receive an apology but instead my drink which had been sitting in their window for 15 to 20 minutes and had to ask that it be remade. The new drink was left on the counter amongst a number of other pickup orders for me to figure out that it was done.
I appreciate how a business rectifies a mistake. In this case, there was a lack of regard.
