There’s almost more positives to this Starbucks than I can relate in a single review: Great seating options (about a dozen tables for 2 w/comfy leather sofa-back seating on 1 side, bar seating, a long group table, 4 lounge chairs), beautiful interior that looks recently refreshed from top to bottom, and lots of free parking only a 15 second walk to the front door. But it’s the staff here that are really amazing – they not only happily took my order immediately as I approached the counter, but can you believe, after I got seated, the very nice smiling barista DELIVERED IT TO MY TABLE!! That is a Starbucks service first for me in over 20 years of drinking coffee at this chain. BTW, the Americano was hot and tasty. And to top it all off, probably the cleanest washrooms I’ve ever seen in any coffee shop anywhere. If you could give 10 Google stars in a review, I would most certainly for this Starbucks here on South Meridian in Puyallup. Sooooo well done, you have a fan here for life!

Really nice Starbucks that’s an easy in and out. Lots of parking. Lots of handicap parking. The store has some outside seating. No stairs. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. My drink was made properly. It’s a good location.

Good food, but the prices are hiking up! I just found out today that a 1.5 oz of plain cream cheese costs almost as much as an everything bagel . Holey moley! The total for my order is $4.79 just for those two things. Buying one item is now close to $5 in all sorts of ways. It used to be between $3 – $4. The bagel itself costs $2.65 and the cream cheese itself is $1.25. Look at the size difference in the attached photo. There needs to be a price reduction for affordability. This pricing doesn’t make sense as dips at other places cost .25 cents. I asked the staff and it was confirmed with consistency to in-store pricing and online ordering through their app that this is the correct pricing. Please try to notify headquarters of this change as I am.
The employees are still friendly and professional also. On the brighter side of their products, they offer samples for new and seasonal drinks, which is nice. Another plus, this location has an outlet for computers and charging phones. The sunshine gives a dose of Vitamin D too through the large windows.

Two days in a row I asked for a plain bagel with butter. Two days in a row I got a plain bagel with cream cheese, bonus for today, I got a butter croissant to go with it! For there to be so many people working at this location it seems like no one’s ears work. The cashier was more worried about whatever was on her clipboard instead of listening to my order. I had to repeat myself twice and only got met with a “sorry, I’m listening.” I would’ve went back for the butter but I just didn’t have time since I had to get to work.
Unfortunately my only two experiences with this place has not been good. I’ll probably take the extra drive out of my way and go to the location in downtown puyallup instead.

I enjoy Starbucks, however it is pretty disappointing when they can’t even stir your drink or properly mix the white chocolate with the hot shots.
Update: unfortunately about 4 out of 5 of my white chocolate mochas come out with all the flavoring just sitting at the bottom. Is it that hard to make a quality drink? To take a few seconds and actually stir it? Or? Or is it that hard to put the hot shots over the white chocolate too help mix it in? I worked at Starbucks before. I can’t be that hard to mix white chocolate into a drink.

Very friendly staff our drinks were delicious and quickly made. Inside was clean and pleasant. Restrooms didn’t require a pin to use, so that was nice. A very busy location (shopping center), so getting in/out might be difficult at times .

I am not one to leave bad reviews but was very frustrated by my experience here. I placed a mobile order 45 minutes prior to closing. The app confirmed my drink was ready. When I pulled up to the drive thru I saw two employees walking out. They stared at us then proceeded to leave. We talked in the drive thru speaker multiple times asking if anyone was there. We then checked and the door was locked. Something about them looking right at us then leaving was so rude! And this was well before they were scheduled to close. I’m a very loyal Starbucks customer but had never been to this one. Won’t be coming back.
